Over an hour an half later my name was called only to be told they had no request in their system. I had the paperwork showing the submission along with what needed to be done. Why would you make patients interact with a kiosk first only to wait and find out they can't even be seen? That is a terrible system and I would never return to a labcorp. Additionally, there was only person handling the patient intakes and doing the bloodwork. Find another place to go!

So she told me that she was now no longer going to get a lunch today and that it wasn't fair to her. She said so you just walked right on it and huh? And I said well yeah because online it says that you can. She proceeded to complain to me that she was the only one working and then it was unfair to her to miss her lunch yet again. She's treated me similar another time when I went in, but not quite this bad.
