But they unfortunately closed the Speedway location. The Naab Road location would be the next preference to being nearby, which I used to come to a long time ago before going to the one in Speedway. This location is older, the waiting room is so small and the wait times are HORRIBLE! You are never seen at the appointment time you make. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and still had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seen. The appointment before, I waited at least 40 minutes! I told my coworker about my experience and she's visited this location too and said the same of the issues I experienced. Luckily, the lady who I used to see at Speedway was the one I got the past two times I've come and it was nice to see her, she's quick to get me processed through. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location.

I somehow messed up and chose the 1 star and it showed. To start we came in and there was an elderly woman struggling to use their tablet to check in as a walk in. I helped her, the girl came out and called a name that wasn't mine and sounded like the elderly woman. She explained she was a walk in and the 2 phlebotomists yelled and said we can't do anything to help you. They then called my name, and as someone with health anxiety this first impression wasn't helping. I walk in to the room to get my blood drawn and my phlebotomist had her very young (maybe 2 or 3) year old sitting at the desk on a phone with snacks and candy. Unsanitary not to mention disruptive. She had to stop twice before she even went to draw my blood to sit the child back in the chair. As a mother I get it, but extremely unprofessional. She asked me which arm I usually get blood drawn from and I told her I usually leave it up to the person drawing it to find a good vein. She went for my left arm and I could tell myself there wasn't a good vein. She attempted to stick me, nothing came out, very roughly moved the needle around to get blood and still nothing. She then poked me in the same arm and still the same result. She said sorry about that and went to my other arm, thankfully she got it this time. Another thing I noticed was how unsanitary everything felt. She put my vials in a little container that had dirt and dust in it. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND. Probably should get a health inspector in here.

I looked around at A LOT of different locations in Indy for months and ultimately decided to do a consultation at Elevated. I had Botox there before (most affordable place in town). I was extremely nervous about getting fillers - something could go wrong, it could be placed incorrectly. furthermore I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted filler, I only knew the general look I was trying to achieve. Sara answered all of my questions. She made me extremely comfortable. I did the procedure that same day. She ensured that I was aligned before doing anything. And did an amazing job!!! The results couldn't be better. If you want filler or Botox - Go to elevated ask for Sara. Could not recommend enough.

Without the tests even coming back positive for anything , I was prescribed doxycycline as an antibiotic treatment. About half way through the treatment I was feeling really bad abdominal pain. I called my pcp at this office and she told me "Oh that's completely normal with doxycycline, just finish the course ". I finished the course. And after , My pain symptoms got so bad I ended up in the emergency room several times since. I was diagnosed with doxycycline induced gastritis . (Inflammation of the stomach lining ) . The medication I was prescribed here literally damaged my stomach lining. And my life has been hell ever since. Instead of trying to treat it. The doctor who prescribed it referred me to a GI practice , who didn't have anyone available but a Nurse practitioner. And I ended up paying hundreds of dollars in copays there just to make the issue even worse. This happened back in January and it's April now and I'm still in pain . I can't eat anything besides chicken toast or bread. And this has made my life a living hell. I went in for a visit and got blood work done. And when the results came back I was told " See you In May " . This place is corrupt and they will literally prescribe you medications without a active diagnosis or a confirmation of one. And they will say "Well that's the standard of care. " The doctors here are pharmaceutical sales people. Not doctors who care about you. I'm still going through the gastritis. This is the most miserable thing I have ever been through and could of all been prevented if the doctor would of waited for test results to come back instead of throwing a prescription at me. I'm down almost 100lbs now. I can't eat anything. And I'm in constant pain. They ruined my life !
