The waiting room was full of men -- on their laptops, watching March Madness on the TV, on their…read morephones. I thought they were here for procedures but they were actually the responsible adult ride home from colonoscopies. And thankfully, I was here in my role as ride home, as well. The waiting room as I said was full, so a few extra chairs would have been welcomed. I also thought the staff was a bit loud when talking to patients at the intake. I mean I could hear birth dates, phone numbers, insurance info and more, while I was trying to concentrate on Yelp reviews. My friend didn't have to wait long before they took them in for their procedure, and the procedure took about 30 minutes. I went out to get the car after about 20 minutes (as they instructed) but my friend didn't come out for about 40 minutes. They walk the patient out to the car. Large parking lot shared between medical offices. Thankfully, this time just a visitor but I'll be back here in a patient capacity in the future.
