The staff is always nice but the facility itself isnt the best equipped with the latest medical technology. Nevertheless, after a short wait i was soon in the exam room which gave me great peace of mind. Mr Abraham who quickly assessed my breathing, administered treatment with a mix of medication. He said this wasnt a simple asthma attack but closer to bronchitis causing my labored breathing. Throughout my visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was receiving the best possible care demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy. After my visit, I felt so much better and so blessed to be able to take a deep breath. However, I truly appreciated his care and concern for my well being a few days later recieving a call from Mr Abraham, asking how i felt, and that he was following up making sure i was taking my medications properly to ensure a full recovery. Thank you staff at NextCare! Rarely do I refer companies but its people. Its the person that make the difference

BLOOD PRESSURE HIGH. Rn working was nice enough, asked typical questions. By the way I've been a nurse almost 40yrs. Doctors walked in, looked like a train wreck who just woke up. No bedside manners!!!! Showed no concern. I have insurance and never been in a facility like this, I did see that they had all necessary equipment for CTs, Xrays, etc. I had No Chest Xray, I had labs , EKG, and UA but have no idea what the results were, no one not the RN or Dr. Terry springer discussed results with me. I had a breathing tx and IV with steriods which calmed the coughing. Dr. Came back in said I was treated for Bronchitis, given prescriptions to treat this. I'm still with Shortness of breath (SOB) - no xray, the one thing I really wanted! I'm still dizzy. Why have all this equipment and not do some more workup. And I have NO bill, have no idea what I was charged or what I may owe! I felt so tired and dizzy when I left, I didn't even ask. No one payed me any attention when I walked out the exam room to the front...I really believe the Doctor just wanted to be left alone, it was about 10p when I left and he barely picked up his head when I passed the station. I pray I don't have to go to another ER tomorrow, I think my mistake was I told them I have an appointment with my primary next week, I'm sure this lazy Doctor that , they can handle this.. No chest xray! Chest still tight, I'm amazed. This is why I've never went to these facilities. But the guys were at the back were kind.

First of all, the staff was good. Med asst came in to take bp, pulse ox, didnot ck either temperature. Then came the nurse pract or something with very poor value of patients. We explained everything to her, she said she was prescribing Tamiflu. I asked about xrays and shots, she said we didnot need that. From Saturday to today, which is tuesday. Someone called out the blue from nxt level corporate office, wanted to do a followup after reading my review on their site. I explained as barely been able to speak how bad i felt, and me and my husband is not feeling good, when the under valued n. Pract told us the meds would have us feeling better in 2 to 3 day. She was a liar, just to get paid from our insurance. Corporate also is not worth it either. Well they asked if we wanted to go in and do chest xrays. After being soo weak getting back into the office. They wanted us to pay another copay. I told them corp and someone else called. Well after that i called corp back. They had me on the line about 20 minutes before returning to the line, saying we need to pay again. We left. Please read, pass the word. Update: Looks like they monitor their Yelp reviews though. Within a few minutes of posting review, I was taken to an exam room by the receptionist. Within 30 minutes, they responded to my review. Unfortunately, I waited another two hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner who apologized for the long wait. She was the only one on duty, no doctor, and this was on a Friday afternoon which a staff member told me tends to be very busy. So bottom line is they care more about how they look online rather than staffing for the care of their patients. I'll go to the ER if I have another worker's comp injury.
