I really can't say enough good things about this location. They always stick to their appointment times and get you in and out very quickly.

Make sure to make an appointment. Go early if you want it to be on time. Later appointments can run late and you might be there waiting for awhile. The ladies here are very busy and are good at taking the blood samples, quick and not painful. I was not thrilled this year when I was told incorrect information by the tech and had to come back several times. If you are getting special tests you might be on your own to research and see what you can get, if you need an alternative and to make sure the codes match up. I understand the tech might not know but say so and direct me to corporate or online don't say the tests are illegal in NYS. read more

Semi Annual Blood Test - not at all painful. Care Quality - I was a walk-in but need the results done for an appointment next week. I just waited about 10 minutes. The line was fast moving with two walking in ahead me. The place is small but clean and modern - pretty graphic designs. Office Experience - I live in the area and was coming back from a PT appointment . Read the reviews of this location and was going to go to my old place on Sheridan tomorrow. That was simply because of the rotten reviews. I have a sense of humor so I'm ready for a story about this horrible place. I found Courtney was my technician for the blood test. She was friendly, young, helpful, answered my questions and helped other patients who were waiting. She had a good touch and didn't hurt. Found my vein easily. Very nice, friendly and professional. So my story was that you really shouldn't go by reviews because I had a great experience getting a blood test. Thank you, Courtney!!! read more

On monday morning at 515 my husband and i signed in to quest there were 2 peo[ple ahead of us no big deal-right?wrong The employee took a woman who had an appt at 535 and sat in the back until the next appt came in.She could have had all patients done by that time!She also told a patient he may as well go home because he wasnt going to be seen anyway-she was quite rude also!Apparently she has no consideration for people who need bloodwork=or are sick and worried about thier health.My point is if you dont like your job-quit!There are a lot of others who will step up! read more

Do not go there if you dont have an appointment, waited 1 1/2 hrs as a walk in only to be turned away because they were closing. My doctor had wanted it done asap. Seems Quest puts money first over patients. read more

Showed up for an appointment today, came through the snow. (Nothing WNY can't handle) Office was closed. No email. Online says there are currently open until 11am. People in the parking lot wondering what is going on. Ridiculous. read more

Won't never come back to that place. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was so cold and impatient , I was doing one hour glucose test, and been told if I need to use bathroom just knock the door, but when this phlebotomist answered the door and yelled at me said: it was not about time! Then I said I need to use bathroom, luckily she let me use it. Always having great experience in other location of Quest lab, but this one is an exception. read more

I went to the quest on commerce then back to 15 min. FINALLY after 45 minutes my name gets called. The ignorant phlebotomist says you have to leave you drink out here on the counter . Unattended. My drink was in a closed container that wasn't going to be opened I was told by the less than professional phlebotomist that " if I can't have a drink in here neither can you and if you don't like it you can leave " to which I replied what the "F" is your problem. Then another so called professional came around the corner and told her ignorant coworker "you don't have to ttollerat her" meaning me. You.... Don't have to tolerate me???? No I am sorry quest I don't have to tollerate YOU. Threatening me that they were going to call the police on me. Why? Because I had a bomb.... No, a gun ...No, I had a freaken Pepsi, a pop, a simple little fizzy drink. A drink in a closed container. They should Both be fired. It is the same old thing and nothing changes. I lost my temper when after 18 months of the same thing for my STANDING bloodwork to be done (every other month and two doctors get a copy) they again tell me that they didn't have any standing order no request to send to both doctors. Visit in November was the same thing. Visit before that and the one before that, etc. That failure on THEIR part requires that I take time (mine, doctors and office staff) to bi-monthly contact MDs ofc, who has to call me back. Which they do. In the last case, I was in the office and WATCHED the doctor REPEAT the same action and show me. Both doctors tell me they are still not both getting blood results. So Nov. 2019, after yet another "miscommunication 'they didn't send it'" incident and confirming with the MDs they had, I made yet another worthless trip the ofc, told them IN PERSON what the ongoing problem is, because they or Quest do not pick up their phone. Individual gives me a number to call which led to the black hole and Supv. card who never called me back (name escapes me). I have been going there at least 4 years and one would think they would get it right. The severe bruising from all but one tech is so bad that my doctors mandate they only do a blood draw using a butterfly. In the summer, one tech refused until I told her I'd get my doctor and insurance on the line. Yet, again today after all my efforts in November and at least 4 trips I didn't need to make and 8 phone calls, it was the same thing today, 1/10/2020, no standing order and I'm asked which doctor gets a copy. I also had a hard copy from another doctor for other blood work. They refused to draw the blood (because after more than at least a dozen blood draws and at least two dozen extra calls to doctors to get scripts Quest claimed they didn't have, I lost my temper). They refused to draw the blood because I got angry. Think about that. Every visit for the last 4 years, not one doctor got the other team member results. A standing order (6 month expiration) is "not on file" yet I witness it being sent. Reviews of Quest show this to be a chronic problem. Now, instead of taking any responsibility, yet again another visit where I and my doctors have to play tag with Quest and they refuse to draw my blood when I finally get fed up after at least two years of this. I even said, three times, just do this lab work then and I will "return to the doctor AGAIN." They were screaming and yelling just like other reviews have complained about. They have lots of reviews alleging they didn't receive orders and people have to make return trips. They have lots of complaints online about no knowing answering phones. My situation is not new or solitary. At no time, historically or today, do they take any ownership for this ongoing problem WITH QUEST (years now) but blame the MDs or the clients. They refuse to make any attempt to resolve it from happening again and transfer all responsibility to the patient. If the problem is chronic and ongoing with different clients, QUEST needs to point the finger at themselves and see why their software doesn't sync and human resources need to step up and check some attitudes. As someone mentioned in another review, they definitely have closed early on several instances when I was by and I watched them refuse to take someone several times who came at or after 1:30 and they close at 2pm. Not just this Quest, but another Quest office that closed. No surprise. Yes, it is legitimate to get angry with a company that continues to repeat mistakes that cost valuable time, with no respect for others' time, including the doctors. Dealing with frustrated patients by yelling at them and screaming to "get out" is immature, unprofessional and shows a lack of coping skills. Step up and say "let me see why this keeps happening." read more

Got yelled at when I questioned them not having an order for me. There are 4,000 different ways to spell my name so excuse me for asking you to please double check. They also constantly close early and send people away. Their corporate office doesn't care so why would the people that work there, as long as the money keeps coming in... read more

Overall, they did a well executed and successful pediatric draw in my 4 year old. HOWEVER- they forgot to send me home with sample content that was on the paper work... Our original phlebotomist was rude and had terrible bed side manner. She has a condescending attitude and was very snippy. I don't usually complain and I was polite in asking but her attitude made me so uncomfortable that I requested another phlebotomist to do the draw for my son. read more

Horrible experience. The phlebotomist yelled at me, was rude and hostile when I questioned her saying she had no order for my blood draw. I've gone to this location for years with no problems but this woman was just plain mean and miserable. I was already shaky from not having eaten for 12 hours and she really upset me. After 2 calls to my doctor I got it straightened out and was finally taken care of by a different phlebotomist named Nadine. She was ok but when I asked for the name of the first phlebotomist, Nadine said she didn't know. There were only 3 or 4 employees there so I find that hard to believe. I felt so strongly that the first phlebotomist was so unprofessional and verbally abusive that I called Quest CS and filed a formal complaint. That phlebotomist should be fired. She has no business being in contact with medically fragile people, or anyone at all!! read more

The cost of their services is excessive. America is so busy talking about government vs. private insurance, yet we forget about excess within the system. Quest is a perfect example of corporate greed for even the simplest of tests! read more

I have a condition in which i get extremely nervous when getting blood work done, passing out sometimes. The Phlebotomist Tina V is someone I highly recommend. I've had her twice now and each time she has made it easier for me to get blood work done so i don't pass out, makes it comfortable for me. In and out in 10 minutes, will continue going there. read more
