This location has a short, heavy set, white hair lady who needs to be fired asap. Thinking I was speaking to her, when in fact I was speaking to Dr on the phone, she began screaming at me in the waiting room! I explained I said, yeah that's the one when dr on phone asked who primary was, this lady screamed...oh I'm the one, I'm the one, what does that mean? I explained again and she then said, now I'm not getting you the fax number. She the came back with fax number on post it and yelled loudly... you're rude. After this encounter I sat for an hrs and a half with my 80 yr old father for blood work he needed, as I was continually being told the didn't receive fax, even though dr faxed it 3 times. This is real close to elder abuse, causing my father pain sitting in wheelchair while an employee continued yelling at us and treating us like garbage. I'm sure quest knows who this woman is because they have several complaints on her!! She also told my mother to leave one day, even though got there 15 minutes before closing, she was rude and said yeah we don't have time, and told her to go make an appt. Quest, realize this!! Some times getting parents in for blood work means be available to do so. Getting out if work ect. Sometimes not easy to schedule an appointment when your have to do it when a parent is also well enough to leave the house. If you kick out people with no appointment then maybe don't have walk ins available at your location. This woman was short, heavy, white hair, glasses. I will get her name and I will be following up to make sure she never gets the chance to treat another elderly person this way. She stressed my father out and also made him miss an appt with his primary for preop surgery appointment, so this is what your ignorance did. read more

I went to another quest that I never went him to before. In grand island NY besides being not a lot of places to park being handicapped it was hard for me because the parking lot was not cleared enough it the handicap spaces. Much snow in the way to walk. read more

I went into Quest today with 3 orders of blood work and somewhat nervous of getting a phlebotomist that would get annoyed or mad that I needed that much done. The phlebotomist that I got was amazing. Her name was Savannah. She did not seem at all bothered that there was so much blood work I needed, and told me, I could always come back another time to finish the labs if I started feeling whoozy. It had to have been a good 25-30 tubes, and she talked to me the entire time, helping me to stay distracted from how much blood I had to give. This was easily the best experience I've ever had at Quest. If I could, I would make my Quest appointments with her every time. read more

I never in my life have written a review about a company but I had to write one today due to the service I received. I had an appointment for this location to get blood work. Arrived early to check in and hit wait in the waiting room because I would only have a couple minutes until my appt time came up, and to my fault in this situation I should've looked at the appt room but didn't, and the whole room was booked, the available chairs in the corner had a sign not to take any. I look at the screen and my appt was now moved to 27 minutes which I was okay with even though my 12:30 appt would now be 12:57, so I just decided to wait outside since I did not have a chair. I come in before the 27 minutes was up to not see my name on the screen. I waited until a woman came out to talk to her to explain and I honestly never experienced a more rude conversation in my life. She told me it was my fault I hit the reservation room instead of the car so that is why they did not text me and only called out my name, so they canceled my appt. even after I told her the reason I went outside and that I had this appt scheduled and if there was any way to squeeze me in. I understand people are stressed with low numbers, I am a worker myself in a short staffed business, but I would've never in my life talk to a customer the way the woman did to me. Even though I live in this town, this will be the absolute last location I will go to moving forward. Will not go anywhere where the employers are disrespectful to anyone. read more

I have gone to this lab several times. It has always been very clean, quick and the staff is wonderful. I took my parents this morning during the high risk hour. They took them back right away. My parents were so impressed with Jessica and Savanah. WE will not go to any other lab in the future. ((: read more
