I have made two appointments with this lab and been treated great. I did not have long wait times…read moreand all the staff were wonderful. I have not had very good luck at other places because I am so hard to get blood from but they are great. The lady drawing my blood was very professional, caring and was able to draw my blood when even most hospitals have not been able to.

Everything seemed fine until I saw that they billed me $130, my insurance an additional $670, and when my insurance didn't pay that full amount, they sent me a bill for the difference! How did this cost $800!? I asked for an itemized bill and they didn't send one for a year, when it came in a HCA envelope! If you don't know about HCA (they own Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center too) running the biggest Medicaid fraud scam ever in the history of Medicaid, then look it up. This company is still up to their same antics! Stay away!!!!

NEGATIVE STARS. I saw "Dr" Rehman today. I had a craniotomy 20 some years ago to remove a golf ball…read moresize tumor from my brain. I started noticing some things recently that I thought might be side effects of that surgery. I also had some questions regarding neuropathy. After testing me for neuropathy, she was very quickly trying to rush me out the door. When I asked her if I could ask a couple more questions, she literally responded with "NO, you only have a 15 minute time slot". I was with her for maybe 7 minutes tops. You mean to tell me, after waiting a month to see you, paying a $60 co-pay and I'm sitting in front of you with valid concerns about my health, you are going to tell me "no, I only have 15 minutes"? WOW. I have had some bad, rude doctors in my 60 years but my god, she was the absolute worst. Spotsylvania Multi Specialty Health Group and "Dr" Noma A. Rehman are a joke.

I'm going to try to keep this brief. Whoever coordinates the scheduling for Medical Imaging are not…read moreone quarter, not one half but they are complete morons. My first experience, my physician ordered a CT scan and the earliest appointment was in 3 weeks. A couple of days before the scheduled appointment, I received a call stating that the wrong CT had been scheduled so I would have to re-schedule another 3 weeks in the future. I canceled and went elsewhere. The second experience, my physician ordered a MRI of the head and neck. The earliest time slot they had was in 2.5 weeks. So I show up to the appointment, go through the check in process, I finally get taken back towards the MRI, answer a few more questions before the young lady asks, "so you're getting a MRI of your head?". No, I retort, it's of my head and neck. She replied, "yes your doctor ordered an MRI of your head and neck but you were only scheduled for the head part tonight". WHAT!!!!! I was livid. It took every morsel of my being to restrain myself. I'll be getting the MRI of both head and neck done at the other place where I previously ended up, because they seem to operate with a basic level of common sense.
