I tried to check in 15 minutes early on my phone, and the system told me no and gave me a timer letting me know when the appropriate time to check in would be. This Quest is located inside Community Hospital North, and it's next door to an in-house Starbucks and a nice, airy waiting room, with lots of big windows and natural light. So I sat down and waited to check in. Once I checked in, though, I was called back within minutes. But if you choose to walk in it's best to do it early in the morning. I did a walk in at 8:45am and I was seen a little before 9am even though it said I would have to wait until 9:15am. The phlebotomist was very gentle and had listened to my tips on what to use to draw my blood. The employee I had was quick and efficient. The waiting area was clean.
