I haven't always had the best experiences at Quest labs, and so I was hesitant about my latest visit. The Quest Diagnostics lab closest to my home was unexpectedly closed, but to start employment I needed to complete a drug test sooner rather than later, and so I drove farther away to this location instead. I can 100% say it was completely worth the extra driving! I had no appointment, and it took me under 1 minute to sign in as a walk-in. I waited for a maximum of 5 minutes before I was called back - even in prior pre-scheduled appointments, I've never waited such a short amount of time before. The best part by far though was the staff - specifically Kathy Thomas and Lamechia Stone. Both of these women took care of me during my visit, and both were EXCEPTIONALLY professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. They completely put me at ease (new medical offices can make me nervous) and I cannot speak highly enough about how stress-free they made my visit! Thank you ladies for not only making my visit completely stress-free, but also for being truly wonderful! I really don't have enough positive words :) read more

After reading the reviews sitting in the waiting room I started feel bad about the decision to come here but I frankly had a great Experience. I signed in upfront on touchscreen and was called in with about. 5 minute wait and I was a walk-in. Nurse who drew my blood was great. In and out. I would come again. read more

The location is hard to find but it's located in the medical center adjacent to the hospital. You will WAIT be prepared to wait at least an hour and a half. There is no one to sign you in at rhe front. They have only 1 person working at this location. And if her friends come to get a specimen taken before she will "squeeze" them in before you. My entire process took 2 hours. They tech is nice but Quest should be ashamed of themselves having 1 person to work that entire facility. Wouldn't recommend if you have an opinion. read more

If you have the option to go somewhere else please do cause you will lose 2 hours here with or without an appointment the front desk receptionist just walked into the waiting area and stated they only have 2 people working!!! Really?! On a Monday morning. One doing drug test and one drawing blood so please be patient. And people with appointments come first. My appointment was for 10am let the wait being. read more

When he finally came to the exam room he refused to treat me saying that I needed to see my primary. The ladies in the office told me that he had already seen my scans, he knew he wasn't going see me before he had me wait an hour. When I got upset he told me that everyone that comes to his office has to wait. I was appalled by his lack of respect for me and my time. The only good thing I can say is that he returned my copay after refusing to treat me. BTW: When I saw my primary I was told that I needed to be seen by a vascular specialist. Thankfully they called a specialist they were familiar with and sent my scans over to them. I'm looking forward to taking my business to a vascular specialist that is actually interested in treating patients.
