The location is tucked away and a little difficult to find at first. When I walked through the doors, Brian greeted me, and I was the only one waiting for lab tests. Brian was pleasant and professional. He explained the process and lead me through every step along the way. The entire process took around 15 minutes. Here however I've been going since I moved to Atlanta in 2019 and LOVE them. The front desk is always super nice and understanding and makes you feel welcomed. I've met with three different doctors and they all made me feel more than comfortable. The location is prime and the facilities are clean enough to eat off of. The parking isn't confusing and is FREE. I love them here and look forward to keeping them as my primary care physicians as long as I live in Atlanta.

My appointment started a 9:15am and the technician was very friendly and she got my vein on the first try (that doesn't happen often). She is the only employee at this location so my advice is to make an appointment. There were several folks waiting for walk-in appointments. My advice would be to make an appointment so you're in and out without a long wait.

I got a drive-thru PCR nasal swab after waiting in my car for only 5-10 mins. And the best part was I got my results about 9 hours later when other places are taking days or weeks. You fill out all the forms beforehand as well as pay so when you arrive there isn't much to take care of. There is a few of $100 for the service but it was more than worth it for the rapid results and peace of mind.
