The Quest Diagnostics lab closest to my home was unexpectedly closed, but to start employment I needed to complete a drug test sooner rather than later, and so I drove farther away to this location instead. I can 100% say it was completely worth the extra driving! I had no appointment, and it took me under 1 minute to sign in as a walk-in. I waited for a maximum of 5 minutes before I was called back - even in prior pre-scheduled appointments, I've never waited such a short amount of time before. The best part by far though was the staff - specifically Kathy Thomas and Lamechia Stone. Both of these women took care of me during my visit, and both were EXCEPTIONALLY professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. They completely put me at ease (new medical offices can make me nervous) and I cannot speak highly enough about how stress-free they made my visit! Thank you ladies for not only making my visit completely stress-free, but also for being truly wonderful! I really don't have enough positive words :)

Because I have some medical conditions that require frequent blood draws, I'm pretty savvy when it comes to the phlebotomist skills. She really knew what she was doing and also took the trouble to explain some things for me (this was a new blood test for me). Great job.
