Another scam. I was bated to pay four thousand by JERIMIAH. He went on a cruise and never called me back. My testing kit never arrived. It was PROMISED on a Tue and by Friday I was already in a hospital. Called everyone at the office daily, they can't be bothered to care if you live or die. Scammers. Deceitful as they come! I had my credit card company investigate my complaint of fraud against the BioTrek company and I was found to not be liable for any charges. So they took me to a collection agency for $510. Sent a sample for mycotoxin testing. Estimated time was claimed to be 3 weeks. Then they changed it to 4-6 week. Called on week 7 - they said another 2 weeks, for sure. Waited 2 more weeks, called. They said: wait another week. Canceled after 9+ weeks. Utter incompetence and contempt for customers. Poor response to emails. Phone response poor. This makes me doubt whether test results would be reliable. Used Realtime Lab instead: somewhat more expensive, but got done in 2 weeks with no drama. read more

I was denied basic tests by local doctors. Insurance was not the problem. Biotrek did cultures that should have been done by the many doctors who saw me but have the power to refuse. Mycotoxin tests revealed high levels of many toxins related to Toxic mold species found in IAQ tests done by a different inspection lab. I ordered additional cultures along with the mycotoxin tests. Biotrek identified two infections that have been ignored by doctors,a bacterial inf and a parasitic inf. I'm yet to gain treatment as doctors give very little at each visit then discharge patient for asking for investigating thoroughly. Environmental illnesses caused by sick buildings/sewer/water damage are considered controversial. After seeing more than 20 doctors,all having varied "opinions",I continue searching for a merciful and educable healthcare pro. I've experienced all the wrong treatments by the guesswork practices of conventional medical practices. Doctors get angry when asked for injury related tests/cultures to determine cause of illnesses. Biotrek staff was more supportive than any "doctor" I've seen. There are solutions to these debilitating health issues but doctors have little respect for "laymen" labs or practical sciences. I'm an engineer and this was preventable but has been a prolonged illness due to doctors attitudes toward investigating and utilizing available technology. Biotrek is advanced in lab testing for what is being misdiagnosed,mistreated and complicated by our healthcare system. Insurance is not the problem, but doctors have made it impossible for sick patients to use their benefits for proper care and testing. We are forced to find testing or never determine if there is treatment. The Lab tests and results were enough for me to know,my doctors could have helped me but now I've got some trust issues with there gang. They chose to ignore me and my kids,passing us from one doc to the next or blocking any appropriate healthcare. More Labs, this lab should be utilized nationwide. Yelp should not block the good reviews like healthcare has been blocked by ignorance. Ignorance is unacceptable in every other profession,there is no excuse for doctors who shirk their responsibilities. We don't need salesman posing as doctors. our clinic paid thousands for our patients to get tests done. Something happened which indicated that they either were doing the tests incorrectly or they were waiting on the patients to sign documents which we did not agree to. They happily cashed our checks, sent no test results, promised to 'refund it all' and sent 2 checks. Once of which bounced. This was back in Sept 2016. I have not been able to find them or get anyone to answer my calls or letters. Whoever owns the place is hopefully in jail, if not, should be. read more

Sent samples a yr ago, got someone elses FID results per another individual id # instructions then they "confirmed" they were mine. Same as other reviews, waiting on mycotoxins via urine, no replies, no callbacks nothing, they last said they have a "new test" for urine and they will find my results..mind you I've paid over 1000.00$ to buy plus pay to have them sent back. Still nothing and its been months. what can we do as i have receipts showing how much and to whom samples were sent? we cant let a scam company do this to people who need those results! read more
