I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment as requested. Check-in was at a KIOSK, and entering my Appointment Code populated the screen with my information. The screen asked me to "Have a seat" and I did. The Tech called my name prior to my scheduled time, which for ANY Medical Office, was GREAT. The Tech was friendly and pleasant, but best of all, efficient. Unlike some prior reviewers, I wasn't here to gab/ kibbitz/ make a new Facebook Friend, or waste anyone's time yukking it up, I was here to draw blood, and get on my way. The Tech did a SUPER job. I can't stand needles, or watching my blood drawn. She was finished before I knew it, and I told her "You have the touch of an Angle" This was the 2nd time I experienced a FLAWLESS draw, and I recall the first time was HERE last year. I greatly appreciate being serious about your work, doing an excellent job, then on to the next. For the people who need a hug, mindless small talk, or someone falling all over you all the time, I feel bad for you. Terrible terrible experience they do not come in. Talk to you at all. They don't say a word to you. I came in 10 minutes ahead of my appointment. I leave an hour and 15 minutes later, but still not being checked out not being talked to by no one I came here all the way on the bike so I had no choice but to stay it's not like I'm driving in a car now, I have to bike all the way back home will still being untreated and I needed to take a drug test for a job so now I'm unemployed no job no car and it might even stay that way just because of the way this terrible place is terrible staff I knocked on the front desk. I just had a routine blood draw, and Sylvia was absolutely the best. I felt like I was in the most wonderful of hands: I felt almost no pain with the draw and Sylvia and I had lovely conversation -- I felt supported as a woman! I would go back in a heartbeat! read more

I went in for a bio screen today. Signed in and selected the option to receive text when it was my turn to be seen...which said it would be about 15 min. I decided to get gas. On my way back I got the text and literally 5 min later I was present at the lab. I waited at the front counter for about another 10 min (they don't have a dedicated receptionist). Finally an employee appeared and this was my interaction: Employee: looks at me then looks away to retrieve whatever she came to get. Me: "Hello I received a text telling me to return" Employee: "Yeah you got that a while ago" *continues to look away while acting like my presence is annoying her*. "Have a seat there is someone ahead of you" *shuts the door*. I remembered this lady from last year and how unpleasant she was. So I promptly left and drove to another Quest Diagnostics. Attention owner of this lab: Please either retrain this employee of yours or terminate her immediately. For some reason she thinks it's part of her job to be rude and condescending to your customers. I want to say I forgot to get her name but truthfully I didn't want to have any more interaction with her. All I know is she is the black lady who worked there today at around 2pm. read more

I don't know why that lady with the pixie cut and glasses has such an attitude and is the RUDEST! Human being I have ever met, And this isn't the first time. So I walked out and went to another quest. I'm disgusted with the lack of professionalism. Pure staleness's. Get her out of the medical field. I don't trust her poking me with a needle. Oh and ! Had a 9:30 am appointment on a Saturday. Arrived to an empty lobby/reception area. Checked in on the kiosk. Within about 3 minutes the employee called me back. She quickly verified my info and took my co-pay. I made a little small talk with her and she was professional and polite, & she was not wasting time. She drew my blood, said thank you and sent me on my way. I was in and out in about 12 minutes. I was a little nervous about what my experience would be based on previous reviews but I am pleased with how things went. read more

The black lady that's always there is very rude and unprofessional. She seems to hate her job and makes the whole experience for the patients dreadful. I have noticed she's rude to everyone that comes in. I understand that her life must be miserable but that doesn't mean we have to pay for it. Older woman working at this location was extremely rude. Constantly stalled for time. Had no desire to do her job. Provided a military ID for ID purposes. Said that she would not accept ID and became angry. Explained to her that it was discriminatory to not accept such an ID. Stormed off and said she would need to see about that. The woman working here at this location has no desire to expedite customers. Playing games and stalling so that no one is served and doesn't feel like actually doing her job. There are 5 walk in's waiting to be served and she is just hiding in the back. My wait time said 23 mins and it has been one hour now and there has only been one scheduled appointment that has come in. I expect corporate will respond with some BS excuse like, "we are cleaning more because of covid 19 precautions so wait times are longer than expected." Absolute worst place ever!!!! See my prior review from 1/20/21. I'm STILL getting invoice for this blood work that we never got the results for due to THEIR error. I have wasted so much time calling them multiple times, holding at least 30 minutes or longer each time, to speak to their representative get their mistake resolved. And each time, I was assured that this would be taken care of, only for me to receive another invoice in the mail a few weeks later! I'd go to their office, but they close at 3PM, which means I would need to take time off from work. Once again, I'm on the phone, have been on hold for 24 minutes so far... Go get your blood work done anywhere else but here. read more

My wife and her son came in to get him a drug screening for a potential job. They apparently ( the staff ) tale lunch from 11:30 am to 12:15 pm ). My wife waited at the customer service counter until12:35 pm without one person showing their face. They are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & DISCOURTEOUS !!! I am a "hard" stick and have trouble giving blood due to previous chemo treatments and deep and rolling veins This location on Horrizon Drive is EXCELLENT I had to visit two different times both technicians Silvia and Mala were able to get the vein on the first shot. The customer service was excellent There was a mix up BOTH times with the orders and they had to contact the doctors office,....... And wait for reply even though they were over working times and in the last instance, worked after the closing time to get the orders correct Both were Very considerate and supportive I very rarely give techs "A"s but in this case both got A plus Great location. I was here yesterday. There were a few other people in the waiting room. I signed in (luckily had an appointment), and waited for about 10 mins. That's basically like not waiting at all, when it comes to Quest. Before I was taken back for my blood work, one of the phlebotomists was on her cell phone in front of the waiting room, talking about personal matters (ie pay). No one was at the desk to greet people and here she is talking on her cell phone in front of the group waiting. Just kinda rude in my opinion. read more

The people that work here seem like the laziest employees. The wait times are RIDICULOUS and there is never more than one person working at a time. If there is they are hiding in the back not helping any patients. Clearly people come first thing in the morning to try to get things done before work but there is no sense of urgency with them, they could care less if they are moving slow or patients are waiting for hours. read more

I was here in February of this year, but didn't have any problems. I had an appointment and despite being pretty crowded I was taken fairly quickly. The nurse who drew my blood was nice and I was pretty much out of there in 10-15 minutes. read more

Went in on a Friday afternoon noon took less than 15 minutes and there were 2 people in before me. The nurse was professional and she is very good at getting blood in one shot without digging in your arm for a vein ....which causes bruising. I recommend making appointments for morning blood work when you have to fast. read more

My 21 year old daughter went here to have her blood drawn for the first time. The technician was RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND HURT my daughter who called me from the parking lot hysterically crying! Apparently the technicians computer was giving her a hard time so she took her frustrations out on my daughter! I have had similar experiences here as well. DO NOT GO TO THE CHALFONT QUEST LAB unless you enjoy being stuck by unprofessional, uncaring, rude technicians who obviously hate their job and the people that wait on! read more
