Right when I walked in, Paige greeted me with so much warmth and kindness. She handled all the paperwork effortlessly and immediately put me at ease. Once I was taken back, Erika took my vitals and was incredibly gentle, calming, and professional. She talked to me throughout everything, reassuring me and making me feel safe in a moment when I was really nervous. The procedure itself wasn't easy--I had to be numbed with a large needle, and it was painful--but Ally was absolutely amazing. She worked so carefully removing the glass, and Erika stayed right beside me, talking me through every moment. Their bright, positive energy truly made such a painful situation feel manageable. I'm so grateful for Paige, Erika, and Ally. They treated me with such genuine care and compassion.
