The Caplis', a family of restaurant owners, started Solvera Health in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based out of Peoria, IL, Caplis Enterprises has branched out into healthcare with the intention of improving access to quality healthcare. The people of Solvera Health in the Carbondale, IL, location have been fantastic. I have been a patient of Dr. Christopher J. Hanson for over three years, and he is excellent at his job. Not only is he professional and empathetic, but he is also efficient. He takes enough time to find out what is going on with me without making me feel rushed, but he also ensures that he is mindful of his other patients' time. The other vital Solvera Health Carbondale team members are Brandy, Valerie, Shaunda, Tammy, Megan, Stephanie, Kaylyn, Renee, Whitney, and Kiara. I lovingly refer to them as the "Solvera Super Women" because they are constantly performing in high-pressure situations where medical care is becoming increasingly difficult to get. Their patient list and workload are growing, but the Solvera Super Women have a smile on their faces and call me by name whenever they see me or hear my voice on the phone. Everyone in this office is warm, friendly, and professional. The Solvera Health Carbondale office provides primary care services, on-site laboratory work, and medical referrals. Dr. Hanson is connected with the local SIH Memorial Hospital, so he also has access to that system. The office is just off Reed Station Parkway on the third floor of a large building. There is plenty of accessible parking, wheelchairs at the entrance, and an elevator. The lobby, restrooms, waiting room, and patient rooms are always clean and welcoming. If you are looking for a primary care doctor who truly cares about your health and has a great team that supports you, I highly recommend the kind people at Solvera Health Carbondale. The technician reminded me of my mother, and I am 75 years old. The technician was so kind to me, careful in how she drew blood, and so good at her job, that I would willingly go to her every single day of the week for a blood draw if necessary. Where in the world did you find her? Do everything you can to keep her! That would be my ask. I'll tell you this, but I am sure you now know. I have used Quest Diagnostic my entire life when needed, and every visit has been outstanding. However, if there is a score above outstanding this lady deserves it. I thank you for having her serve us. There is no star rating high enough for her. I give her a 10 on a 10 point scale.

Packed all my kids up with my husband to be told I didn't pay and was racists towards my husband who had already checked in asking him to check in again. I won't say what was said but they were complete rude and now you've lost more then just me as a customer. My account was put in negative and then I put money in my account so tell me again how I didn't pay. Your system is messed up.
