Appointment was quick and on time. Came here twice already for my toddler (3 yo). Both times we had different people draw his blood and they were both good. My son was upset during the initial poke, but with some distraction on my phone, he was able to go through the whole blood draw without crying. I was so proud of him. This location was much better than the experience I had at the 8th ave location, where I had to go back a second time because when I went there the first time, they didn't have anyone that was able to do my toddler's blood draw correctly. read more

The absolute worst quest in NYC I've been here several times and with out a doubt every time I come I have a problem they have an Asian kid working the front desk checking people in that doesn't understand when you ask for a supervisor. When I got to the location, I used the qr code to check in and waited to be called. The wait time was not long. The lady who drew my blood was professional and nice. Yesterday I traveled at least 1 hour and got there with my dad around 12:20pm. We were told to leave because we didn't have an appointment and asked us to schedule another day. I've explained that I drove to Brooklyn to take my dad to do his bloodwork as he has a procedure on Friday so I can't come back again tmw. She did not care and gave me a paper to schedule another time. Note that there was nobody else in the room and they close at 1pm. For 40 mins left before they close, they can definitely take a walk in. This place is very disappointing and unaccomending so we will not come back here. read more

the Japanese doctor there is amazing. Though he doesn't speak much english, he was phenomenal. Idk what he did different but my arm was not sore at all after getting blood drawn and it went so quick! This place is a zoo. Had an appt for 1pm today. Arrived 1250pm and finally was seen at 150pm just to be rudely told that I need to have my prescription printed for them. Meanwhile last month, I did the same exact test and provided a photo/pdf/email and there was no problem. The two employees working there today were extremely rude and not helpful. I walked out of there and went to urgent care right across the street and was seen in 5 minutes. I have witnessed them speak to multiple patients rudely and aggressively today and that's not acceptable. read more

Don't get a blood test at your family doctor, go straight to the source! Your doc is just going to send the blood sample to these guys, so you are saving an extra co-pay! These guys work real fast and if you make an appointment for a certain time, you really can go at any point in that particular day! I was just told that today and had no idea. They were puzzled and kept on taking people even after I stated my appointment was at 12:40pm and I was informed it was cancelled by the system. There was no care that my appointment was missed on their behalf and no urgency to get me in. I understand these are different and difficult times but this place is not organized and needs a a manager on site, clearly they are not able to manage this place. read more

I personally like this place. It's clean and they for the most part move quickly. I've only been to appointments during early morning hours. I don't know the man's name, but he finds my veins quick and painless. I can't say the same for the others. Parking is ok, but I walk there. Best advice I can give anyone is of they are coming here, then they better make an appointment instead of just a wall in. Walk ins will wait forever, unless it's empty. I personally never has any problems here. Highly recommended if you need blood drawn. read more

This quest diagnostic has the most inefficient people working the system. Their buzz-in system is ridiculous and the guy on the intercom had the nerve to tell us we don't know how to read when he answered to buzz us in. The receptionist at the front was pretty much nonexistent most of the time, she disappeared for a good ten minutes when there were 10 people in the waiting area. People who had questions or just arrived had no one to ask for help. The only redeeming factor was the phlebotomist Winnie who drew my blood and that is why I rated this place 2 stars instead of 0 (if I could put that). She has good bedside manners and she didn't hurt at all. If I were ever to go back, it would be because of her only. I recommend making an appointment because they do honor that system. read more

I had my blood work done there twice - made my appointment online, easy in and out. My first experience - the male 'receptionist/tech' person took my blood - he was visibly lacking the skills to take blood, considering the tremendous black and blue on my arm. It wouldn't go away for more than two weeks. Another, more serious issue - and it happened twice before - once you pay in the office using your credit card (you will see this posted QUEST DIAGNOSTICS LAB TESTING), however, approximately a week to three weeks later QUEST DIAGNOSTICS 800-631-1388 NJ is going to CHARGE YOU AGAIN - without your authorization - I already had to dispute the charge twice! - BEWARE - THEY DOUBLE CHARGE - check your credit card statements. The experience was shockingly impressive. First, I made the appointment online which was extremely easy. The website is logical and easy to use! The location is odd, you must use buzz in system. Be prepared to follow signage for step by step direction to get to office. As soon as we signed in my mother was taken back for her blood draw. The place was pretty empty. This is shocking because I have never seen a low volume blood lab! They were efficient and quick! Mom said the phlebotomist did an excellent job and was able to get her vein quickly.
