This was the quickest, most painless blood test I ever had here at 3245 Nostrand Avenue. It's situated directly across from Buckley's Restaurant on the corner of Avenue T in Brooklyn. I made my appointment on their website last night, arrived & the wait time was average. The staff inside & in other suites throughout the building were most pleasant. For someone with a dramatically awful lifetime of passing out during bloodwork & having pain & hostile phlebotomists in clinics & hospitals, this was, hands down, the easiest bloodwork experience of my life. During my former experience on King's Highway, the worker took a PAINFULLY long time, all puns intended (felt like I was giving my entire body's worth of blood; what the heck?!). Here, I didn't even recognize the feeling on my arm & by the time that feeling was over, so was the bloodwork. Finished in record timing. Lovely considering my fear of needles. Go here for your medical tests, then treat yourself across the street. Highly recommended for an experience that I can't stand. P.S. Bummer that I have a tiny bruise on the site of needle. I would never have expected that 4 hours later considering my glowing review...... Bruise Iris still there 24+ hours later. Never happened before in my life though I'm aware it happens to some people. Just praying to God that I will be needle free for the next few years. read more

This is quest diagnostics there located on Nostrand Avenue and Avenue -S, the employees seem very nice and caring, there was a lady who was in the clinic who spoke french-creole a young lady she was very caring towards my mother I didn't get her name I wish i got her name. but I personal wouldn't mind coming back my mother did a walk-in from her doctor referral paper. My 82 year old mother recently had a horrible experience at this Quest,A year ago I had a poor experience. At her exam, my mother's neurologist handed me a script for a blood test. On October Oct 6th, my mother's boyfriend took her to this Quest location for the test. My mom's neurologist told me he never received a report from Quest.. On Monday Oct 19th my mother & her boyfriend went to the Quest location and asked for copy of the report. They were told to wait. After waiting TWO HOURS they were told that Quest sent the report to the doctor and that they would not give my mother another copy, that the doctor would have to request it. To date my mother's neurologist still does not have the report. I had a similar experience at this location. My doctor once sent me for a particular blood test. When I asked hm for the results he had not received them. His office had to call Quest and request the results. Now I need a blood test. You can bet I will not go to any Quest location, but will find some other laboratory. Meanwhile, my 82 year old mother's neurologist still does not have results on her bloodwork that he expected in early October. Just how much more incompetent a laboratory can Quest be ? read more

I visited this location because although very few reviews, it was 5 stars and I'm quite familiar with this establishment. I had an appointment, checked in prior to going in, and they text you when they are ready. They took me on time, explained the process, and I was in and out. Upon going to the awful lab we had a terrible experience. Had to wait 1 hour and a half . Wasn't on the screen as my daughter fasted the nite before then when she was there after a while asking this lady when she's going. She said drink water. At this point her name wasn't on the screen and some maintenance. She had a appt. Now we are un this small room. With 2 ladies one who can't input the info takes forever. The other who told my daughter she must take the test as once it's in the system . She is dizzy almost passed out this lady older throw a whole water bottle on her to cool her off. No juice not in any machine I was told to go and get sone across the street I couldn't leave her. I called the ambulance the lady with false teeth wouldn't. They directed them to the sec floor someone . This place also took blood on a old women who was bleeding all over the floor. Stay away its a shit hole this lab . Quest kingshighway I usually go . They are lucky I don't sue she could of fell out of her chair and been hurt. The old women laughing from the other room as the ambulance came go to the hospital u should go. This place on Nostrand and Ave S is nothing close to the the Quest on East 14 st..Brooklyn ..I had an appt at 1;30 and they took someone who had an appt for 1;45..I waited 50 minutes in that place and when finally called in for my bloodwork ,all I said to her was I have a good vein on this arm..she said to me ,I'll find the vein myself and picked up the box of 13 tubes and handed it to the woman at the desk,,,Stay away from the tall thin girl that draws blood in there...Very mean and nasty ...Everybody else was kind of nice and I told the woman that she is very nasty and she said don't worry about that ,I'm going to take it and she was very good . ...First time there and I'll make it the last ..Never experienced someone like that before ...East 14 street Kingshighway and P are the best...In and out and very very nice...Didn't go this time because it's in a basement and covid ...Using Quest 40 years . read more

Great experience. Tiffany was a great phlebotomist and was able to find a good vein for my blood test without a problem. I have small veins and many technicians have trouble finding a good vein in one try. Tiffany was excellent. I will continue to do my blood tests at this location. Pleasant surroundings. Don't believe the previous reviews about this place which are posted in this forum. I would give my experience zero stars if this site allowed it. Their website indicates that a Senior Citizen can come in without an appointment during the initial hour of operation between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. I arrived at their 8:00 AM opening time and stood aimlessly for fifteen minutes in the front entrance with several other patients awaiting someone to show up to check temperatures before admission to the premises. When I was finally admitted to their office the people working there were completely disorganized and after initially ignoring my presence, curtly informed me that I could not obtain a blood test without first making an appointment. This completely contradicted the instructions on their website and from their recorded telephone message of the previous day. The personnel at this site acted at all times rude, dismissive and disrespectful towards a Senior citizen who is partially disabled. The experience was so disgraceful and unpleasant that I am seriously contemplating reporting this episode to the AMA. read more
