Great digital registration and the ac in the waiting area felt comfortable. I only waited about 1-2 mins before i was called in. The lady that called me in was nice and confirmed who i was. She took my bloodwork right away and i used the bathroom prior to leaving. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Highly recommend this location. It's small but gets the job done.

When you go to their website, you see that they are closed from 12 to 1245 for lunch so ultimately they didn't want to take me because they were going to lunch an hour from now. This is bad business. As I am sitting in reception, same receptionist is calling out confidential patient information (insurance card number) over speakerphone, which is a HIPAA Protected Health Information Violation. This rude little so and so had the nerve to become combative and insist she did not, and that if I heard her, what was the insurance number? to which I replied, "If I said the information out loud, I would be violating HIPAA as well". She continued to speak over me and insist she did not violate HIPAA, meanwhile the whole staff is looking at the floor. NO one said anything or let her know she was way out of line. I finally ended up telling her that she was unprofessional and that if she feels it's ok to badger patients because she made a HUGE mistake violating someone's privacy that maybe Customer Service is not her calling. This was the second time I had an encounter with the same young lady. Never again! I will be reporting her to healthcare governing bodies.

I have what I refer to as "shy veins" and GiGi was able to find a vein and administer the blood draw without any problems. She was careful and caring and very personable. Facility was clean and not crowded. One woman who was waiting for some kind of approval code from her doctor was given special attention by another attendant who was determined to get the process going and to help anyway she could. I had my doubts previous to going having seen some rather frightening reviews, but it couldn't have gone any better. Well done Quest!

My rollator slipped and slid, but I got into the building, only to find the elevator out of order. I was not about to try to climb stairs or carry my rollator.
