Sameday Health: the biggest lie on the planet…read more They charged my family $75 each for a Priority PCR test which was supposed to turn around in 24 hours. 28 hours later, we're still waiting for the results. Tried calling, no agent attended us, and still nobody has answered my voicemail. Sameday would have cost us our flight abroad if we hadn't found an alternative place to take a quick antigen test, which is thankfully accepted in the country we're traveling in. The perpetual amateurs that run this disgraceful crapshow have just lost 5 customers for life, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not issue a full refund for failing to deliver results on time. Sameday should be ashamed to call itself Sameday. It is objectively the falsest advertisement of medical services I've ever seen in my life.

A gentleman was pointing at me and gesturing for me to come in to the testing room. I was given some medication. Then, there was an awkward silence. When, I asked if anyone was still there? And, they explained that they had to wait for the medication to take effect. One of my suggestions would be to let the patient, who is hooked up to giant equipment, to know that in advance. The test itself was pretty quick once it started. Then, the process of getting unhooked from all of the medical equipment and I was on my way. Thanks to my son, Mike, who was waiting for me.
