She was friendly, professional, patient and explained everything clearly. While small, the clinic was clean and offered free water bottles as a thoughtful touch for those who might have "shy bladder." If this is your first time visiting (like me), my one suggestion is allowing some extra time since the clinic is located in plaza of similar-looking office buildings. Tried calling, no agent attended us, and still nobody has answered my voicemail. Sameday would have cost us our flight abroad if we hadn't found an alternative place to take a quick antigen test, which is thankfully accepted in the country we're traveling in. The perpetual amateurs that run this disgraceful crapshow have just lost 5 customers for life, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not issue a full refund for failing to deliver results on time. Sameday should be ashamed to call itself Sameday. It is objectively the falsest advertisement of medical services I've ever seen in my life.

I received the highest quality of care from the moment I stepped into the office to the moment I left. I was greeted warmly and individually. The front staff was extremely personable and advised me of what to expect, so i had no uncertainty. The pre-imaging team, Q and Monica, treated me with such gentle kindness and care. The imaging team, Tavi, Kyle, and Dr, Scheinert, delivered the highest quality of care throughout the entire process. I called my mother afterward to share how delightful my experience was. For me, that was iv insertion, heart leads attached, and a few questions to answer,everyone was so nice and kind. The next step was waiting room #2. A gentleman was pointing at me and gesturing for me to come in to the testing room. I was given some medication. Then, there was an awkward silence. When, I asked if anyone was still there? And, they explained that they had to wait for the medication to take effect. One of my suggestions would be to let the patient, who is hooked up to giant equipment, to know that in advance. The test itself was pretty quick once it started. Then, the process of getting unhooked from all of the medical equipment and I was on my way. Thanks to my son, Mike, who was waiting for me.
