I rushed my precious 14 month old in due to high fever with fast breathing and we were cared for quickly from time of check-in. The nurse was so kind and diligent checking him. We then had a little wait until the doctor came in and my son was not having it and was crying loud enough to be heard the room over. I finally got him calmed, and when Dr. Trinh came in he approached tactfully as he knew he had just recovered from the big melt down. He was soo calm and gentle and was able to diagnose my son's pneumonia quickly. I wish every pediatric appointment would be this swift and accurate. I am so grateful for my son's care!

They did ask me to be there at 8:30 am and I didn't get taken back for my procedure until after 10 am...That and the fact that they wouldn't let my partner sit with me all that time while I waited, were my only issues.
