And if you call their customer service, the person who fixes your login information is the same person who handles complaints. They owe me $590 according to their guarantee and I have to sue them and file a complaint in consumer protection court. I will also file in small claims court. and egregious to complete a simple task and lying to me. Failure on my part to not have been more assertive and aggressive when the matter first came to surface.
