His knowledge, experience and expertise has saved me a lot of money over the years and more importantly, prevented me from inadvertently running afoul with the IRS. If you need someone to 'alter' documents to get at a figure that you can afford to pay either the federal government or state then he's your guy. He won't ask for a copy of your quickbooks file, instead he will interview you and find out what you are willing to pay then work from there. Last year he advised us not to send out 1099's to our employees and so far he has yet to ask for a file to send out for them. He does the sales tax from the balance sheet and income statement and you can guess the rest. The only thing is he won't sign a document nor can you locate his name on the list of registered CPA's. If you want someone to help you in your business but not be there when the audit comes this is your firm.
