TD bank doesn't care about proper Identification anymore. Just show them your debit card and enter…read morethe PIN number and you can have access to the account. This is HORRIBLE!! A picture identification SHOULD be used for all withdrawals. I worked at a bank once and I can't tell you how many of the same family members had the debit card and the PIN number for one persons account! This is not safe! Go back to asking for proper identification such as a drivers license or passport!!!!
