I spoke to their agent and disclosed all information in the beginning of the process and during the process. And yet the agent could not properly give me an accurate quote. I addition to providing me with incorrect premiums, I contracted an auto insurance only to find out that my rate was doubled 1 month later. Not only did I loose money but I lost my continuous coverage rating which apparently is a big item in NY. In addition the office manager was in copy to all my emails and did nothing to correct the situation. In all, the company did not properly train their staff, did not take accountability for the issue and did nothing to make the situation right by the customer which was their fault.

Soooooooooo bad service . Can't write enough how bad this group is!! I have my auto and home…read moreinsurance with them, and I have got my father and since I am in the auto business industry I have referred a lot of my customers to sign and switch to this group. However price went up no explanation was made or notice . And that wasn't the problem but for first time My father needed a service on His car after a problem on his car on high way when his car had mechanical issue. We have the tow service with out policy not only bad response on the phone in more than 5 phone calls but also each phone call was for over 30 min and every time was different response however my father stayed on the highway up till 4.30 am on the high way in cold weather and no heat in the car. So I go 4.30 am to pick him up and leave car on the side of the high way. Keep in mind that they said some one on the way since 7 pm and 9 hours after still no one showed up. And even 24 hours after still no one came to pick up the car then we had to pay over 300 to tow the car throw privet company. And even no truck showed up from the Koritko group they said they only will cover $75 for the towing . I'm in shopping for new insurance for my self and father auto and home. I would not risk my house to be covered by this group. I don't know them but my mortgage broker recommended them at the time I bought my house. And just like he did send me to this group but I will make sure to not have this happen again and will Share my experience with my clients and advice them to switch and never to refer any one to this group. They didn't even call or try to do any thing about their mess. DO NOT SIGN WOTH THEM PLEASE. Your KIDS WIFE OLD FATHER AND MOTHER. Not SAFE . I wanted to share this Bc don't want this to happen to any one else.

I had the privilege of getting a referral to Cameron for coop insurance for my nyc apartment…read morethrough my real estate broker who I probably would go to for any referral. She is always spot on! I knew I probably wanted a higher end and reliable insurer like Chubb so I needed to find a broker who carries it. At first I wondered what was the point of working with brokers based outside of the city but I soon realized what set Cameron apart from the other brokers I talked in who were based in nyc. I'm a very...let's say, meticulous person...and I tend to have a million questions before I do anything. I've never understood homeowners insurance much even though I've already had it for 5 years on my last coop I owned. But i realized it was bc the broker I had at global coverage prior to this didn't care to explain anything to me. In fact, I had to chase her to answer my emails! Cameron is so different! He understands it very well, explains things thoroughly, and is super patient to boot! He really wants you to understand insurance and you never feel like he's trying to oversell you on anything. Moreover, he never acted like he was too busy to spend time answering my questions on the phone, and I can't say the same thing for another yelp high rated broker based in nyc. That broker was just as knowledgeable but he acted like answering my questions was such a nuisance. The whole point of having an intermediary between you and the insurance company is to have someone help you understand what level of coverage is sufficient for your needs and to understand what the insurers will and will not cover in the case you need to make a claim. If you can't do a simple thing like treat clients like they matter and like their questions matter, then you simply have no value in my opinion. Which is why despite getting similar quotes with Chubb from a nyc based brokerage, I went with Cameron. Nyc apt buyers, don't be afraid to work through an out of town broker for your insurance needs! You'll be in great hands with Cameron.

I am completely blown away by the quality, responsiveness, and breadth of products offered by Auto…read moreAdvantage. I was shopping for a CPO Mercedes and knew I wanted an extended warranty. The vast majority of non-manufacturer warranties are essentially junk. They list what they will fix. The list could have a few thousand items on it, which makes it sound impressive, but it's really not. There are so many parts on a modern car that can go wrong that you're more likely to discover that the particular part that broke simply isn't on the list. Auto Advantage sells a true exclusionary-based warranty: they cover everything except for the parts and situations specifically spelled out as excluded. This is the same type of all-inclusive coverage that a dealer will try to sell you in the finance office. Even better, they also sell tire & wheel warranties. I live in New England, and in my experience these policies typically pay for themselves within a year or two from damaged tires and rims. I worked with Nick Mantiera and he was fantastic. He was super responsive to every question and shared sample policies with me so I could actually read the coverage before buying anything. Their prices are exceptionally good. When it finally came time to buy the car I wanted, I walked into the finance office already knowing the exact price I could get for both a tire & wheel policy and an extended warranty. The dealership could not match the quotes I already had. I've read some reviews criticizing Auto Advantage because the warranty itself is provided by a third party. I've purchased numerous extended warranties from auto dealers over the years, and all of them have been administered by third parties. BMW, Mercedes, Subaru, etc. generally aren't simply extending the original factory warranty. So I think many of those complaints stem from not understanding how the auto warranty market actually works. In short: when you're shopping for a car, reach out to Nick. Tell him what you're looking to buy and get your quotes before you go into the dealership. You'll walk into the finance office already knowing what good coverage should cost -- and with a great alternative to the finance-office sales pitch.
