First impressions matter, and this one made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I'm not usually a Burlington shopper, but after this visit, I understand why some people choose not to shop here. The store felt disorganized, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant and unprofessional. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not like they're an inconvenience. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and welcoming environment.
