My chicken quesadilla was fresh, large, and filled with mushrooms, onions, and cilantro. My husband enjoyed his nachos and friends their tacos. The restaurant was filled with locals, many were taking food to go. The owner was very friendly and personable. Service was efficient. This was a very nice lunch stop.

This isn't a fancy restaurant but it's still a great place to grab lunch or dinner. I originally ordered the chiles rellenos but was disappointed to find out they were sold out. However, my disappointment quickly disappeared when the server brought me an order of the stuffed jalapenos on the house. They were so delicious and filling that I almost didn't have room for the massive burrito I'd ordered. Everything was freshly made and very tasty. They have lots of vegetarian options but I wouldn't recommend for vegans as everything has cheese or sour cream on it.

She greeted everyone with a warm smile, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. While making orders, she was impressively efficient, never keeping customers waiting. Her burritos are consistently wrapped so tightly that they never fall apart. The burrito I had tasted absolutely amazing, with every bite being super flavourful. Her friendliness and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable and I will definitely come back to this location for more.

There was no line up when I went on customer appreciation day and the tables were mostly empty so I wonder how fresh the ingredients were. The concept is pretty much like a Chipotle!

This place is DELICIOUS. Definitely a secret gem of the local neighbourhood…read more We got a 1kg family platter that easily fed our huge family of 10. The chicken tinga in particular was the winner. In addition, the endless salsa options blew my mind. I sampled four and all were flavourful, and yet so different. The mango coconut milk salsa was a unique winner for me, so definitely give them all a try. Lastly, service. Can't be beat! The lady who helped me (both on the phone and in person) was great at explaining options and the family meal. She also offered lots of samples, and was extremely kind. This place is a definite repeat!!

My friend had the pad Thai - which I've had as well in the past. Also really impressed. I like to order mine less spicy than they serve it though. Her little one has the chicken fingers and fries (we all shared it because the kids portion is rather generous!) The drinks are always good too. I would recommend the sage martini or skinny margarita! I opted for a virgin raspberry mojito tonight and it was delicious. My friend had the virgin Caesar - she enjoyed it, but said it was also rather spicy. We then also decided to get two desserts - the brownie and the Oreo cheesecake - wow! The brownie is HUGE and pretty good, but I loved the cheesecake (and I don't even like cheesecake all that much). SOOO good! Also recommend the spa bowls - I think is what they are called (halibut or chicken) with the feta and cabbage.

Mentioned it to our server and he blamed it on the kitchen- no apology or effort to salvage customer satisfaction at all. I've been a server ...that's a rookie mistake. Burgers just ok, the buns were cold and patties were smaller than the bun. For $20, I think it's reasonable to expect the patty at least the same diameter as the bun. Ok place but next time I'm craving a pricey burger, there are definitely other options.

Nothing here is overly spicy. The French fries (I know, I know) have a seasoning unlike any I have tried in Calgary. Normally I don't order them outright, but they came with the special I ordered. Seating is the food hall, so you get a tray and look for a seat. The menu has quite a few items on it and one of the favourite of my families are the Pupusas, again not spicy, fresh made and come with a Salvadoran tomato based condiment and a very lightly pickled cabbage. You can also buy these frozen and take home! Now, if you have read my other reviews, I will do my usual. Expect to pay a bit more for what you are getting, These Food Halls, Farmers Markets and Food Trucks seem to be a smaller portion of high quality food, and it really is up to you if that's your thing. I find it very funny how you can see something a simple as a Taco, which is considered a cheap food in Mexico turn into a $5 per Taco in Calgary. Okay, rant over.
