He is unwilling to work with myself once I was notified of a claim that was never submitted to my insurance. The date of service was three years old. An attempt to resolve the bill was made which Fields refused, he was uncivil and discourteous. An attempt to resolve the matter should be made prior to court notification. In his defense, I had a change of address during the time. However, I was never notified of a bill while receiving treatment. Dr. Fields left a note on my car. He is a ill mannered individual and views clients as a form of profit not a person.

"Drs." should stick to their lane. Hormone therapy? Weight loss medications? IV vitamin infusions? Right light therapy and vitamin injections for neuropathy? Really? Patients are misled that PRP, stem cells, shock wave therapy, vitamin IV injections and red light therapy will help pain and neuropathy, but there is no evidence in research or any studies that show this to be true. Dr. McKinney is invested in only one thing, money to be able to afford his new truck every year. My experience in being treated there is that patients that don't improve are dismissed, then charged a fortune for treatments beyond the scope of chiropractic, and lied to about how they will improve with charlatan promises. Also, they've had a couple of non-doctors there that didn't seem to be supervised by the chiropractors or other doctors. My advice would be to stay as far away from that office as possible, that is, if you still want to be able to move your neck, your back and your joints.

Working in healthcare, that is not an option, so my husband convinced me to come in here. The office staff was friendly and Dr. Reily had me (literally) back on my feet so I could keep working until the end. I still come for maintenance treatments and was able to make it through my second pregnancy with no issues! Regarding the other two reviews on here, I will say that Dr. Reily has always been professional and polite with me. He can sometimes seem a bit aloof, but that doesn't mean he's not a good physician!!! He's not the cheapest chiropractor around, but sometimes you get what you pay for. He takes insurance AND offers in house payment plans.
