If they had been transparent about this from the beginning we could have made the decision to continue to register or look elsewhere. Their solution now is to give a partial discount for the in car lessons but lose $500 and lose all course content she has already done... if you decide to use their services make sure you find out when you can get you in car lessons before signing up and base your decision on whether to register based on their response.
