This place has it all and the best thing about it is the amazing lashes I now have! Booking an appointment is so easy! I booked through their website on Yelp and voila! The first time I went here, I wanted a fill and they made me feel like I've been a customer forever. My technician was so kind and helpful, that even with a fill she cleaned my lashes and cleaned up some of the glue for better results. My second time, I started fresh with a full set hybrid and it was just as amazing as the first time. May, my second technician, was incredible and really took the time to put on my lashes gently, and the best part, no tears! I love how they look and feel. The entire team is amazing, the salon is set up so well, it feels like you're walking into a high-end lash bar without the high-end prices. The beds are also super comfy which is a bonus. Little did we know that she would be humiliated in front of other guests. When we walked in, there was 3 ladies sitting casually by the front door, they then signaled the "receptionist" to come up front to help us out. She didn't greet us, she just stared at my sister's face like there was something wrong with us being there. It was really awkward to say the least. We got seated down next to each other and I had gone to use the restroom. When I came back, a nail tech was helping my sister and I had Maricela (the sweetest) help me. I have nothing but good things to say about Maricela as she did my nails. She was friendly and customer service was great; from her. While my sister and I were talking, I saw my sister flinched a couple times and I had asked if she was okay. She replied and told me that she was cut twice by the tech which by the way didn't even ask her if the water was hot, or if she could cut her nails, nothing at all. It was odd but we let it play out. Then the nail tech got to her other foot and was hesitant to even touch it; almost like she was disgusted by my sister's toe (treated fungus). The tech then called the receptionist, told my sister that they were going to explain, and she went to grab another lady (who I assumed was the owner) and just like that they told my sister they have to decline her for a pedicure. I let Maricela finish doing my feet. When she was done, I wanted to double check if my bill was taken care of already by my sister but I had to wait to ask because she was on her personal phone. Overall, I'm very much disappointed in our experience here. It's safe to say we will not be back and I highly don't recommend this place unless you ask for Maricela or Josy.

Her personality is warm, and she takes her time in manicuring your brows.
