For a small deli, this place has everything you need on the go. I like that they don't mind if you need to bring your dog inside with you. Some places will yell at you to take the dog out but on a hot summer day, you don't want your dog tied up outside.

Staff's service is a hit or miss, you might end up getting a rude cashier sometimes. But that's on them, not you. Most staff members I've encountered, including security guards are decent. One thing I've been starting to notice over the years, more beauty and oral care sections towards the windows are getting locked up with plastic shields and shelves. You'll see it all over the makeup + skincare + even toothpaste. Now, they've got the "press button for assistance" installed all over the upper floor of Duane Reade.

She lied and said they had no bathroom and I would have to go to pizza place next door. It's illegal in state of New York to deny restroom unless it's actually broken. But it was not. I accepted it. I had feeling she was Lieing so I asked another employee up front. I went and came back to tell her she shouldn't lie about that. She yelled and me and scared me she said excuse me stay here NOW and was trying to get out of her spot with "I'm going to get you eyes" and I ran away to front and bought my stuff then booked it.
