We have been taking our cars here for years and years and have always been pleased with the staff and service. All work is first come, first serve. No appointments. While some may find this annoying, I actually think it's pretty fair. I recommend showing up early in the morning before they open (8 on weekdays, 7 on weekends) or while the mechanics are at lunch (before 1:30pm), to be one of the first in line. You might have to wait in a line, but it's worth it to get in and out quickly. Also, you can always call ahead and get an idea if they're busy or not and it's worth making the trip. The place is clean and well-maintained. Prices for service are reasonable and they complete the work quickly. No mechanics lounging around, finding other "problems" with your car - they're just fast and efficient. The mechanics are honest and will always come out and keep you updated on the work they're doing. Further proof that they're good people? I can't tell you how many times I've taken my car in for an oil change or a minor issue, only to be told that I didn't need the oil change, or that the issue was so minor, there's no charge. Since when does an auto shop do something like that? It's integrity like that that keeps people coming back. The real gem of this place is John behind the counter. He's such a great guy, always has a smile, and his memory for you and your car is nothing short of amazing. This place has a lot of return customers for a reason, and you'll understand if you go. To sum it up: I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

I decided to leave the truck. The shop reached out to me later in the day and discussed the issue I dropped it off for and informed me they found a couple other problems. They texted me a quote with each item separated so I could accept or decline what work I wanted completed. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend
