The main task was to rinse and clean the dishes from our last meal, which we did not have energy for after cooking for nearly two days and managing our two-year old! They asked questions about where things should be put away, and where supplies were located and where the trash was located. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn't just do the basics, they really went above and beyond and did a deep clean of our counters, appliance cart, and microwave. She scheduled a move in and a move out for me. they know her and she said this way I will prove to you they are the best. the move in clean was scheduled the day prior me moving in. The house was completely empty. Contractors finished the job and they cleaned their mess prior to leaving. cabinets were not cleaned with dust bunny in it, spider web on the corner of the shower, fridge wasn't cleaned on top nor inside, windows sills not cleaned .... so much that my friend cried and did everything herself. the move out was scheduled and she wasn't going to keep it but, the company offered to come back to redo the work but due to scheduling it wasn't possible. (oh and PS we are still finding area while unpacking that were never touched by them). so I said to my friend, maybe they will send a different team and notify them so we will have a better services this time. MISTAKE again! I waited outside during the cleaning. they asked me to come and check. well they rushed me to check would be a better sentence. they missed a huge dirty wall in the kitchen.
