It had been pre-covid since I'd had our area rugs cleaned, and all I could remember was that it was…read morean expensive hassle and the rugs didn't look much better. That company is now out of business, so I thought I'd try searching for someone new just to find out how much it would cost. That's how I found Blueagle. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was, and then double excited that they were going to come take the rugs away! They even would take them out of the rooms if I wanted (however I opted to have my husband roll them up so I could quickly sweep and mop underneath). One of the six cleaned was the outdoor rug, and the contrast was most obvious on that: it came back looking new! The other 5 rugs cleaned look so nice and I can even feel the clean on my feet. It only took a week. Thanks Blueagle! Rugs look amazing.

I had checked with some neighborhood community groups on social media asking for recommendations…read morefor flooring, and there were three company names that came up several times. NewGen Restores was one of those. I called all three asking for two estimates, carpeting, and hardwood flooring restoration. NewGen was the only one that came out to my house, with follow-up calls as well. The other two (should I mention them here???) did not return my calls, and did not make any visit to my residence. One of them had a family emergency and told me they would contact me after their crisis was over. I waited patiently before making a final decision. I never received the promised call. The other company simply asked me, "What did the other company measure and quote you?". Really? NewGen Restores gave me a competitive price so we went forward with them. I will also say that Kent is very knowledgeable about flooring and was honest in all respects as to cost and time for the two estimates I was seeking. The crew arrived as promised for the job, and they did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints. They were cordial, professional and cleaned-up accordingly. I would hire NewGen Restores without hesitation in the future!
