What a great experience. My husband and I began the process of buying a home in Loris, SC and our realtor recommended Bleu Nova (Adam Janis) as our home inspector and let me tell you that this was the BEST referral we've ever received. Adam was quick to respond to our request and was very detailed in his explanation of their process. As we are not living in that area (currently in Massachusetts and planning to relocate) we were unable to be there during the inspection so Adam handled everything with ease and followed up with us through every step of the way. We are currently living in Michigan and recently purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach. Our realtor there hooked us up with this company to do our inspection. Our very first experience went really well except for the fact that the developer swooped in and stole our contract the day before closing. After much searching for something different, we found another one and Mike was asked again to do the inspection. He was able to give us a little better price the second time, since we were a "returning " customer. Happy to say this time we were able to close on the condo!! I think this inspection company is outstanding! From start to finish Adam and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. I am so happy with the inspection and customer service that I received from Bleu Nova! Mike was my inspector, he was incredibly thorough, very helpful, patient and courteous. He got my report back immediately after our inspection, even though he had to come back to look at something that the seller had blocked by moving boxes!
