I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Honestly, I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to do so regarding the excellent service that I received from Ayanna. I came to Ayanna after I had eyelash extensions done at another place and was not satisfied with them. She took her time explaining the removal process and helped guide me towards lashes that actually worked for my eyelids. Ayanna is knowledgeable, patient, kind and calm; I felt extremely comfortable with her. The appearance of the office is quaint and cozy/relaxing. Ayanna is extremely accommodating with scheduling and never makes you feel like she does not have time. I appreciate that she is always pleasant and amiable. I have been coming to Ayanna for about 6 months now and I have recommended her work to many friends and family members. My eyelash extensions were done perfectly, they are natural looking while still allowing the lashes to be noticed on my face. Typically, I have them redone every 3 weeks so they are worth treating yourself and getting. I came yesterday to get my eyelashes done because I liked the way they did them on my friend's so she told me about this place where she has been constantly going and I also wanted to try a new place. Since this time I wanted to look dramatic and fuller for an upcoming event, the lady recommended me the 5D mink lashes because they come in small lash clusters not strips, in order to make my eyes look fuller so I was like okay let's give it a shot and all I can say is that they came out as good as I expected! The lady took her time as she carefully attached them to my natural lashes and did an exceptional job. I'm more than satisfied with the service! The lashes I had done from Queen Beauty are my favorite!! Ayanna really listens to what you want, I like my lashes to be full but very natural, and they look perfect! Been there twice for eyelashes got double mink cat eye and totally loved them . They last about 2 weeks and feel so soft and natural. The place is small cozy and clean. The staff is super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I have gotten my lashes done here for almost a year. Ayanna does am incredible job, is quick, sweet, and my lashes always last the appropriate two weeks. If you're going for a "no makeup" makeup look, this place knows how to do it right! My friend went in the other direction. She prefers a more dramatic look. They came out so glamorous! I'm a little jealous I didn't just go all in LOL For the process, I felt very at ease during the entire hour. She was really thorough with our consultation, listening to what we each wanted and making sure we understood what was achievable for our individual eyelash types. Delger has gentle music playing in the background and cozy weighted blankets to keep you warm! Overall, it was an excellent experience. She is super sweet and clearly very skilled. We will definitely come back! EDIT: My doorman told me I had a "sparkle" today and he wanted to know what I did different!!!! Hahaha that was unexpected and such a sweet compliment!

I go to Kristina, I was scared to make an appointment with anyone but Delgar but eventually…read morerealized that Delgar has high standards, so there is no way that she would hire someone who wouldn't fit her standards. And I was right! I highly recommend Kristina, she does a phenomenal job and she is also equipped with great customer service skills. I feel taken care of 100%. I seriously never fall asleep midday or nap but I fall asleep in Kristina's gentle hands sometimes even for 1.5 hours I like more natural looking lashes which Kristina is fantastic at.
