On a positive note, my hygienist was friendly, thorough, and honest, and I appreciated the availability of early 7am appointments. Overall, however, the experience felt more transactional than patient-focused, and I did not feel that my best interests were being prioritized.

My mother worked in dental offices for a decade and I've had my fair share of time in the dental chair growing up due to complications from delayed tooth eruption and good 'ol genetics. He recommended a medication called Curodont to treat a few baby cavities that I had but said it was completely up to me if I wanted to just monitor them instead. I was really comfortable and the pricing was more reasonable than I expected so I decided to get the treatment and am really excited about it. I was even was able to buy the Opalescence teeth whitening trays that I see everyone on TikTok rave about! Feels so much nicer to buy them from an actual dental office than from Amazon. I recently had to see an endodontist and another general dentist for a comprehensive evaluation, and both specialists were shocked by how terrible the work was. The fillings are done so poorly that there are massive, highly visible voids and gaps. If I don't pay entirely out-of-pocket to get everything completely redone by a qualified doctor immediately, I am at risk of losing my teeth and needing full extractions. On top of that, the deep cleaning was sub-standard, leaving heavy plaque behind and i have to redo the deep cleaning. I sent a polite email with clear X-ray proof to their management to address this severe failure 3 months ago, and they have completely GHOSTED me and ignored my messages. I have already filed a formal Quality of Care grievance with Delta Dental of Washington to investigate them. Save your health and stay far away from this place!

He immediately spotted tons of tiny "cavities" he wanted to drill. I was skeptical since I haven't had any cavities in 15 years. I went back to Dr. Curalli for a second opinion and he noted the spots, but said they're still just demineralized and that essentially, he knows I take care of my teeth after this many years and thought they'd remineralize. He made notes on the chart to recheck. At the next check in 6 months, he rechecked and said they were ok now. He knows his patients well and is not overly aggressive in his treatment recs. I needed to have a filling replaced recently and was terrified. I don't have red hair but I do have the gene that causes resistance and have a lot of painful filling and mole removal stories to back that up. He listened, got a different anesthesia that works better on resistant patients, and told me to immediately stop him if anything was even slightly uncomfortable. I didn't feel the shot at all (I've flossed more painfully) and felt literally nothing for the drilling. Most comfortable "cavity" appointment of my life! Definitely worth the haul across town for this little dental phobe.

Dr. C is also conservative so you don't have to worry about unnecessary treatments. The office has a chill vibe and there's always street parking available.
