While visiting Bologna, after a week in Rome, we were seeking something a little more low-key and not Italian food. We happened to be wandering an area north of the university when we found this gem. With a custom charcoal-fueled machine, this small eatery produces some of the most flavorful and juicy chicken. Served with fresh, perfectly steamed Thailand rice, crispy chips (fries) and addictive dipping sauces. They serve a "salad" which is a delightful blend of chilled steamed veggies including green beans, broccoli, shredded raw carrots and sliced tomato.
