Roxy wasn't our first choice, however, it was a cold rainy night in Bologna and after the original place we tried to go to was closed for a private event we wound up in Roxy. The tapas selection was varied and included an interesting assortment of items like meatballs, finger sandwiches, and fried chicken wings of all things. The food was just okay and I ended up not eating most of the items after having one bite. It definitely wasn't quality items so don't come here looking for fine dining. I ordered a glass of wine that sat for a minute or two after the waitress dropped it off and when I went to take my first sip I noticed a dead fly in the glass. I assume that this happened after the wine was delivered and when I notified the waitress she seemed horrified and brought a new glass out ASAP. It still distracted from the experience though. With a plethora of places nearby to stop into for an aperitif and tapas you may want to think twice before coming here.

Then there came the surprise: plastic cutlery. The meals were presented on plastic plates. The portions were tiny. And the two different noodle dishes turned out to be fast food, probably from the microwave. The only positive thing: a bottle of water (one liter) only cost EUR 2,50. They also offered a premium level variety of baked goods and sweets that is definitely not offered in ANY McDonald's in the US (crossiants, macaroons, donuts, etc).
