There is no accountability. That's why I left the first time and it hasn't changed. Also: i have weighed the same (albeit a bit over weight) for about 6 years after a poor reaction to a medication. That alone has been a mess. My doctors have had zero concerns about my weight because I am a healthy person. My entire last pregnancy it didn't come up even once. Now at this practice. It came up in regard to genetic testing and in regard to ultrasound scheduling. The midwife had no reason to bring up my weight and it was incredibly exclusionary and unprofessional. I am not that over weight! I have had zero issues regarding it but made me feel as if I'm needing to be wheeled around and my baby is in danger as a result of my weight. The bedside manner is poor and in this day and age providing a different type of care for those that are over weight versus those that are not should get practitioners in trouble. I will be writing reviews everywhere. This business + together women's health in general (including comprehensive women's care) needs to go out of business.

Dr. Frost is a real find. Going to an ob/gyn is no ones idea of fun, but she is so nice, so helpful…read moreand so informative that you leave there thinking - that was great. She is very well informed on all of the issues related to the female anatomy and what can go wrong and what to do about it. She is incredibly thorough in her exam and questions and makes sure that you don't leave there until you feel like she has answered all of your questions and helped you as much as she can. She puts you at ease during the appointment with her personality and smarts. She is very compassionate and you feel like you can ask or tell her anything without fear. Her staff is equally nice and professional. No long waits in the waiting room. She also is knowledgeable about how insurance works and won't prescribe you something that you won't be able to afford if your insurance won't cover it. I've sent 1 friend there and they loved her too.

I love Dr. Frost. I…read moremay be a little biased about her credentials-after all she did do her residency at the hospital I used to work at, which means I know she's extra smart and completely qualified to practice. My mom also knew her before I started seeing her (she works at the same hospital), so that was a nice bonus and gave her trust points from the get go (trust in your doc is very important). Anyway... Dr. Frost is wonderful. She's really friendly, super nice, and if I need to talk to her about something over the phone, she always calls me back. When seeking an Ob/Gyn, comfort is the most important thing. If you're not comfortable with your doc, you'll never have a good experience. Dr. Frost is very personable and I always feel comfortable talking to her about anything. I have no insurance right now, but am on a quest to find the right birth control pill for me. Dr. Frost knows I don't have any and always gives me a few months worth of samples so that I can find out if it's going to work without shelling out a lot of money. Last time I was there just to chat with her about my options, she told me about a program Kroger has where they give great discounts to those without insurance on generic prescriptions. The one I'm on now literally cost $24 for 3 months worth, which is great. 8 bucks a month for b.c.? Can't beat that at all. Anyway, if you're looking for a great doctor with a very bright future (she plans to open her own practice soon), go see Dr. Frost. You won't be disappointed.

I was even able to fill out the paperwork a day ahead of time which helped me feel settled. While my appointment did begin late, I thought the lab tech and the doctor were professional and caring. I can't say enough good things about the woman who helped me recover after! I was a little out of it and very hot and sweaty, and she brought me cool towels and water and was so kind. I personally wish I had gotten a slightly stronger sedative, so I'd recommend that if you can afford it. Would recommend.

I confirmed both the date and time with Her. I also confirmed her name, which she replied smugly, "Pam, like the cooking spray." On the day of my interview, I arrived at 8:15 AM, and noticed there were no other cars in the parking lot. I visited the website which listed this location's business hours as: M-F 8:30 AM-6:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, Sun closed. I attempted to call the office at 8:30 AM, and multiple other times every few minutes, however to my surprise a voice message (male voice) said "This is Chris, leave a message!" I did not leave a message. Instead, I attempted to call the other locations (Sterling Heights and West Bloomfield), however was unsuccessful as they did not open until 9:00 AM. Around 8:57 AM, an SUV pulled into the parking lot with a middle-aged, blonde woman inside. I rolled the window down and asked her if she was Pam. She replied, "Yes." I then said, "Hi, I'm [name], nice to meet you. I was scheduled to meet with you at 8:30 AM". She rudely replied, "I never would've told you that. We don't open until 9:00 AM." I said, "Well ma'am, that's the time you told me and I confirmed it with you over the phone last week. Your website says you open at 8:30 AM." Again, she rudely replied, "The internet is wrong all the time. I'm not gonna argue with you. What are you here for?" As if she was not expecting me. I said, "I'm [name], I'm here for an interview". She says, "I'm not interested. I'm not gonna go through this for an interview." We then walked into the building and I asked to speak with a supervisor to file a complaint. She said, "I AM the supervisor, the office Manager, the HR administrator." I told her I would be filing a report, because of her unprofessionalism. She replied, "Why? Because you wrote down the wrote time?" I told her to have a blessed day and walked away. As I walked out of the door, she mumbled underneath her breath, "Freakin' crazy." I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews such as this, however this woman was not only rude and unprepared, she was highly unprofessional to a potential hire. With that being said, this is not a company that I am interested in working for or representing. I have spoken with the medical doctor who is the owner of the practice, and I hope he takes the necessary disciplinary actions to ensure this does not happen to someone else in the future.
