I was patient to see if anyone would start the job. However, my patience ran out about noon. I messaged ace junk and demo. They stated they could come the same day at 3 pm. They came at that time, and took all the trash away from a construction project. They were cheaper than the original company, and they came the same day. They were professional and on time. Jesus is knowledgeable about the permitting process and was able to complete the work according to our verbal contract that later I documented. He seemed very busy so it does require proactive communication and proactive documentation of the verbal agreement but when you do you won't be disappointed in the end. He is a straight forward guy and will get the work done. Jesus will be my guy for all demo's in the future. I'm leveraging his services again for our driveway and side yard remodel.
