Haley immediately put me at ease. She was friendly, kind, and incredibly grounding throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to really listen to me, asked thoughtful questions about my routine and what works for my lifestyle, and never once made me feel silly or judged. She also taught me how to diffuse my wavy hair, which was something I have struggled to learn. I left feeling confident, heard, and genuinely excited about my hair. If you're nervous about trying a new stylist, I can't recommend Haley enough.

I've been going to this salon since 2022 when we first moved to the area and had no complaints…read more However the last 2 times I've went here I've had the same stylist and she does the opposite of what I ask for. The last time I was there I asked for my layers to be cut shorter because they were grown out and small bangs. The hairstylist proceeded to 2 pieces of my hair shorter than the rest of it making my hair look choppy and uneven. She didn't even cut me any bangs as-well. My layers looked exactly the same than they looked before just were styled. I never thought I would say this but i will not continue going to this salon which is crazy because I used to love it. I guess the new employees are just not as awesome as the old ones. The only pleasant part of my visit was going to the restroom because it did smell nice in there. I will be finding a better salon in my area.

I'll start off by saying that I have trust issues when it comes to my hair. It's A LOT of hair and…read moreI have gotten so many terrible hair cuts that I rarely cut my hair. Since I hadn't cut my hair in over a year and it was past my waist, I decided it was time to search for a stylist. My previous haircut was good but I was way overcharged so I wasn't going back. I came on here and saw great reviews for this place. I called just after opening and Raquel was able to get me in after a couple of hours. Raquel is very warm and welcoming. Just a great spirit that I loved from the get go. She washed my hair and after I sat down, I showed her a picture of Selena Gomez with bangs. I loved her hair style and have always wanted bangs but never got them because I was afraid of a bad haircut. Raquel suggested since it was my first time with bangs, I keep them long in case I end up not liking them. I agreed. You can tell Raquel loves and knows what she's doing! She basically gave me a walk through about everything she was doing to my hair and I felt very at ease with her. I know I wore her out with all the hair I have but in the end, she did a perfect job. She recommend me come in every three months to get a touch up and I definitely plan on it since I loved her and she didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Although I know her arms wanted to fall off from all the blow drying she did on me. I'm so happy with my hair and highly recommend it if you have lots of hair and need a stylist that listens and knows what they're doing.
