I put out a request through Yelp to have a chandelier hung in a high atrium-type entryway. Andrei at Safe Pro Tech replied on a weekend with the best price, no need for photos or back-and-forth. I did try another company just to see if Andrei's price was good, and the other company wanted to charge 2X what Andrei was charging!! So I went with Andrei, and I'm so glad I did. Booking with him was easy through Yelp, and he showed up with a 19' ladder and was not at all concerned with the difficulty of the job. He did a great job, very clean, and his 12 years of electrician experience made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. As a side note, there was an issue with the chandelier, and I called Andrei back. He said he would come back later, and he did, and he spent another hour trying to figure out what was wrong. In the end, there was some bad wiring in my house, and even though it was not Andrei's fault, he did not charge me for the extra time figuring out what was wrong. In short, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Andrei and Safe Pro Tech. He did a fantastic job, went above and beyond, and is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our water filter faucet was failing, and we needed to switch it out to a new model. It was originally installed by an unprofessional group of people who knew nothing about what they were doing... (We just got a guy to drill a hole on a random spot "that looked good" on the countertop, and then struggled around to connect the lines the first time.) From the underneath, it was actually pretty badly placed, off in an awkward corner with wooden beams and sink disposal parts all in the way. What normally would have been a simple 20 minute job became more of a 3 hour effort with some extra drilling and reinforcing, but it all came together beautifully in the end. He stayed entirely professional through the situation, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If anything else ever goes wrong, he'll be the first guy I call back. read more
