Almost immediately after requesting an appointment I got a call from Victor. We agreed he would come over a couple of days later in a two hour window. He would have been here Sunday, but I wasn't available. Victor arrived promptly and I showed him everything I needed fixed. Victor spent the next 15-25 minutes fixing everything AND REFUSED TO CHARGE ME. I couldn't believe it. Fortunately I wanted the fan and light in the master bedroom to work from a remove and Victor is willing to charge me for that. He is getting the part and will call me when it arrives. I had a great time texting, speaking, and getting service which left me happy and relieved since I knew nothing about electrical issues for the most part. We had a ceiling fan, which was not working for whatever reason as far as the light fixture goes. The fan was working perfectly fine so it definitely left us confused.
