I find myself in the unusual position of doing two five star reviews in the same week. My criteria…read morefor 5 stars is they did great and nothing else they could do to improve on. Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience with this shop for window tinting on my…read more2026 Tesla Model Y was deeply disappointing. After just a couple of months, I noticed unusual damage on the rear window tint. This struck me as odd, given that I take meticulous care of my vehicle: it only receives professional hand washes and detailing, no one has sat in the back seat, and I have no kids or other factors that could cause wear. I had spotted these defects shortly after the installation but was out of state at the time, so I brought the car back as soon as I could, following their advice to report any issues. The shop inspected it and dismissed the marks as scratches or scuffs from dirt, attributing it to the frameless window design being prone to such damage. XPEL heavily promotes its warranty, yet it apparently covers next to nothing in practice. This leads me to suspect the shop uses subpar material as the issue feels far from normal. For context, I own a Jeep Gladiator that I tinted with ceramic film at another shop it's frequently taken off-roading, gets caked in dirt, and shows zero damage to the tint despite far harsher conditions. When I expressed how much these marks were bothering me, the shop offered no follow-up solutions or remedies beyond the ineffective warranty. Given the premium price paid for this service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.

The end result was excellent and the pricing was more than fair! I highly recommend John and his crew for your custom needs for your vehicles. Before I…read morebought the Groupon deal I called and I spoke to John and he specifically said the entire cost would be $215 dollars. But when it was time to pick up my car he said it as $215 more! Which was not what he explained to me, he then turned it around as I didn't understand the conversation. I even confirmed the same information when I originally dropped off my vehicle that the entire total including the Groupon deal was $215. Had I known this I certainly would have gone somewhere else because I did receive a quote that was cheaper than $341 total (total of $215 I gave in cash along with the cost of the Groupon deal)! Don't go here, they lied about original pricing. On my receipt he even put $0 for the Groupon amount. When I brought it to his attention he then moves forward with I can change that. He flat out robbed me of $215 rather than charging me the difference. That's the kind of business the owner gives. Terrible don't come here!

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I believe people should know what happened in my…read moreexperience with Lusso Auto LLC. I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC.

I had them do a wash of the inside/outside of the truck and had asked them to remove the clear bra that was starting to come off on the hood (and had collected a lot of dirt and debris underneath it)...and they did a great job!!! I will admit that we take pretty good care of our vehicles but with kids...there's always stuff to clean! They did such a great job on my wife's truck that we asked them to come back tomorrow to do two more vehicles. My advice-give them a shot and be specific on what you want and what you want the outcome to be. Clear expectations helps anyone. If you pay for a wash, they will give you a wash...if you pay for a detail, they will give you a detail. I'll update my review after tomorrow's service to let everyone know how they did. Update: They came back this morning and did an equally amazing job on my other two vehicles! I will be asking them back to keep my vehicles clean. I highly recommend this team to wash your cars versus going to an overpriced gas station full service car wash. Be clear with your expectation and you won't be disappointed!

Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Update to top it off my card was charged twice ‍ Call Summerlin location hoping to hear back from management. I'll update my review after speaking with them
