And when you do speak to someone they are not helpful or very knowledgeable. Ava is my insurance agent but is always unavailable. She no longer returns phone call or messages and is unavailable even with appointment. It is very frustrating to have to deal with all these issues with this office. I do not recommend. I was so angry that I wanted to spit. I had to leave the office for a breather, compose myself and then tell the agent that I felt we were an inconvenience and we bored her because of her position. Over the years, the office has had high turnover, resulting in poor, inadequate, rude service and untrained office workers. Eventually I had to transfer my policies to another agent. Blondell expertise as an insurance agent is commendable, however her staff is awful. Eventually, my mom transferred her policy out of Blondell's office also because of the untrained service received, resulting in terribly high rates.
