Although I have a simple life and you would think that…read moresome paper and pen with a simple calculator should be enough for me, the fact of the matter is that I am not familiar at all with tax laws, and if there were ways to save some money, I would not know it. After having exhausted all my "local, traditional" Lenders, I knew there had to be other options available for self-employed persons such as myself with solid credit & good business history, solid assets, but still self-employed. A&D Mortgage has been just the answer. PJ Harley, the broker with whom I am working, has worked diligently to scout out the best products, best rates, and in a remarkably short time. I think this company's a joke. My co-borrower and I made NUMEROUS phone calls and sent numerous…read moreemails to A&D Mortgage and to their frequently confusing mortgage loan service contractor during the VERY SHORT LIFESPAN of our loan. We were told conflicting information on more than one occasion, which required MORE CONTACT attempts on our end to clarify the information provided to us. Recently, we submitted a change of address form via email per their live associate, only to find out almost an entire month later the form was "DENIED." The property has since been sold. No one with A&D Mortgage or with their affiliates, ever notified me nor my co-borrower of their decision. I'm assuming these seemingly incompetents disclosed our personal information to the property's new owners/occupants via mailed letters. In fact, I just got off the phone with one of their supposed supervisors who wasn't able to reasonably help me. Instead of resolving the situation, she opted to transfer me to an automated survey line while I was speaking. What a poor excuse for an associate.
