We had requested some help from them at our home this week, and they had the integrity to let us know that it's something they can't do because of codes. We are very lucky to find Switch Electric. We've been looking for an Electrician for a long time…read moreand Switch Electric was recommended to us. Art Flores, the owner of Switch Electric is very professional. He listened to what I want done in my house. He assessed the situation and made some recommendation. Art works with you on what you want done. I never got the "salesman talk" or some upsale pitch to make the job complicated and more expensive. I like the service we received. The quality of work is professional, clean, and complete. Art even told us what was done and gave us tips on how to keep the electrical unit in top shape. I definitely call Switch Electric again for future projects. Thanks Art!

I have had Zarda Electric wire both of my new home builds & help with other projects. When you hire…read morethem, you get the owner Pete (Master Electrician) and depending on where he is at with your project he may have his helper along. His work is of the highest quality, he is in contact with your builder the entire time, and you can call him and speak with him at any time. All of the work is done on time, he is never one to hold up your project. I hired Zarda Electric the first time to completely change out an old knob and tube service for me when I bought my first home. When I was ready to build my next home he recommended Kuhlow Builders to me and he was the electrician for that home build. Ryan at Kuhlow Builders was EXCELLENT too! Then this past year when we were ready to build a lake house, I went back to Pete and asked if he was able to travel and be our electrician. He was willing and took care of everything, getting in contact with our builder and working out all of the details with him. I love that you work with the owner and his referrals are always excellent too.

A tech came, said track wiring would need to go all the way my wall and ceiling, and I would have to paint it to match my walls. The tech never bothered to look in my attic, where it was obvious wiring could easily be run. Over two weeks later I received a quote in the mail for a crazy $1,200; yes not a misprint $1,200. Not only is the tech a complete idiot, but the vice president who signed off on this quote should be ashamed of himself, to try to scam a possible unsuspecting woman. While waiting for the long awated quote a neighbor mentioned they had the same job done by Vos Electric. Vos came within the week, did an easily install through the attic and we're done in no time. Cost you are wondering? $250.00. Eland Electric shame on you!!

We had a tech recently come to our house. Before coming to our home their communication was great…read moreand they were very responsive. The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.
