They will even help you install certain smaller items like the battery for your key fob, or your windshield wipers, as well as batteries. I have seen them install several batteries out in the parking lot. That is a very nice touch for someone who isn't as mechanically inclined has most people. They do have a loyalty program, so if you do a lot of Auto parts shopping this is a great way to rack up some points to get you discounts on stuff. Plus they always have specials going which makes it a really nice place to get what you need at a cheaper price. In this day and age when costs are going through the roof, it's nice to have a place that actually gives you discounts. AutoZone is definitely at the top of my list when I'm in Southern California. Bottom line? As I mentioned before, a chain is just a chain, it's really the people that make a difference.
