Percy is a born salesman, and he will make you feel like he's got everything under control. I hired…read morehim to do a simple EV Charger install, and he quoted me $1000. Then it changed to $1500, then $2500. He didn't do any of the work himself and had to tear out half the install at least once because it clearly was a safety hazard. He charged me $550 for wire that he didn't even use; his employee did a half-ass job that won't pass inspection. In total, they spent less than 12 hours on the job (9 if you skip the part where they had to uninstall the first part) and charged me $3350. That's nearly $400/hr for substandard work. When approached about it, he pretended to listen, but nothing changed. He refuses to return my calls or respond to a certified letter. He's a fast talker, though, so be cautious. We gave him multiple chances to refund the $850 he overcharged us, and he won't reply. We will be reporting him to the labor board and to the Licensing Bureau for electricians. It's unfortunate that he turned out to be so irresponsible.

Kendal recommended that I have my vents cleaned, which has never been done since the house was built almost 20 years ago. I kept putting it off and only after several reminders I finally let Kendal clean them for me. Thank God I did! There was so much lint buildup that it could have started a fire. As usual, Kendal was on time, very professional, completed the job quickly and charged a fair rate. KC Home Appliance Repair will continue to be my go to for whenever I need these kinds of repairs. Thank you KC Home Appliance Repair!

If this was like three or four months after the repair I would say fair enough but 40 days or less it is ridiculous This is not a great experience at all

What I needed at the time was a handyman for a couple of repairs (roof leak, broken bifolding door, loose door threshold, broken blinds, and a noisey fan) and one that was available on the weekends. I do completely agree that this company was very responsive indeed and also very fairly priced. From the moment I reached out and explained my problems, Mr. Ivey asked for pictures and was available to come out that weekend. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. My neighbors have complained of Andrew's inability to complete work on time even taking into consideration inclement weather condition. Consumers beware of the soft con from Andrew's. They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs. David does great work, is on time, reasonably priced, and is very friendly. Highly recommended for iron work, home repairs, and home maintenance.
