This company is one of those rare companies that do the job you hire them to do at a fair price and go out of their way to make you happy. I highly recommend them. Call now, because I'm sure they get busy quickly! I'm not a big fan of writing reviews unless a company has exceeded my expectations or a company was so bad that I feel the need to warn people. CA&I more than exceeded my expectations and per my wife that's hard to do! :) They installed two Custom closets we bought from Modular Closets, that came in 100 boxes! Two guys put together this massive undertaking and installed everything perfectly the same day!

It was more complicated than anyone anticipated and we needed an IKEA pro. His team came in and quickly saw several issues with the current install and got to fixing them. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the many IKEA parts and when you install and IKEA kitchen there will be lots and lots of parts! I'm an interior designer, so of course I created several custom designs that made the install more complicated, but they didn't have any issues at all installing my custom designs. They really know their stuff and are great to work with!

Hardwood did a horrific job on my hardwood floors. He came to my home and promised me that my…read morefloors would look amazing when he was done. He does not manage or supervise his own crew of employees. He subcontracts his work out to other refinishers. He never came to my home once in 5 days while the job was being done. After I saw the job once the first coat of stain was placed on my hardwood floors I was appalled. There were lines all over my floors. The floors were sanded unevenly and pools of different stains were all over my floors. He did remove my vents and clogged them with stain and polyurethane. He scraped my stairs and left scrape marks all over them. I had a flooring inspector come out, who said that the sanding process was done completely incorrectly, and the scraping that was done on my steps were also unprofessionally done. I had to pay to have my entire home redone stay away from Mr. hardwood. If you do not believe me please please look at the bad reviews. He is a salesman not a flooring contractor? Please see pictures attached. If I was allowed to give a zero I would, his work is he is a -100.

As we were looking over my doors he pointed out some items that needed attention. The new installation was done in a completely professional manner. He was totally familiar with the work to be done and it was completed in just a few hours. Everything worked perfectly and the cleanup was outstanding. I would highly recommend Davis Garage Doors for your repairs or replacement.

TLDR: If you don't hire this company to do your floors, you're missing out on the full potential of…read moreyour place. They're phenomenal, professional and genuinely care about your happiness and your experience. Hire them. Full Review: My experience with Flawless was absolutely spectacular. I recently purchased an industrial loft here in Atlanta that hadn't been treated particularly well over the last 20 years. The owners, rather than do anything with the floors, simply painted over them a multitude of times with various layers and colors of cheap acrylic wall paint. When I closed on the place, there were large patches of the paint on the floor that were peeling up (see pic) and leaving paint flakes all over one's feet, shoes...everything. My place used to be an old linen factory and I knew the concrete beneath the paint probably had some great character. I called Pam from Flawless and she was able to stop by, see my place and send me a quote the same day that I called. The quote by flawless was lower than the quotes I got from competitors and initial conversations with Pam showed me that she actually knew more about the process than the other folks that had stopped by to talk to me about how they would go about getting rid of the paint (side note: If your concrete floor has paint on it, pay Flawless to polish it off. Do NOT use one of the other companies that will pour toxic chemicals all over it to burn it off.). Because I wasn't moved into my place at the time and travel so much for work, finding a few consecutive days to do it was impossible for me, but Flawless accommodated my schedule perfectly, popping over for one day here and another day once I came back from that trip, fitting into MY schedule so that it could get done. The team was incredibly friendly and I genuinely enjoyed having them over and chatting with them in between passes with the machines. Pam, Melvin and the entire Flawless team went above and beyond to not only bring out the AWESOME character of my floors, but made sure to check in on my thoughts along the way and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was nothing but overjoyed with the outcome, which I absolutely am. I have grand dreams for turning this loft out and making it a showstopper, and a big component of that was the floors, which Flawless executed to a degree I couldn't have possibly even expected. I can't recommend them enough.
